Chapter 10: Travel to the Human Town

Fenrir looked below at the large green forest as she and Lucifer flew through the air in his glider board. She held his shoulders tightly with her paws and her large boobs were pressed against his nape. Lucifer founds it very exasperating but Fenrir found it enjoyable to tease him. Since he wasn't of this world she told him about this world.

"The world is called Ovelenus. It was created by the goddess called Meratrim. The continent they are currently on is called Manchester. The lands they are on is called The Great Forest Of Indura named after the Black Dragon of Darkness Indura. In the forest there are over a hundred different Monster species werewolves included. A few human cities and Kingdom are scattered around the Forest of Indura. At the far end of the continent to the west of Manchester is the Holy City of Nerotopia. It's a city that's more advanced than ours. I've heard from the rumors of the humans that the buildings there are as tall as mountains," Fenrir explained.

"Building as tall as mountains. Do you mean skyscrapers?" Lucifer asked.

"I don't know and they say the humans there ride around in metal boxes," Fenrir responded.

"Cars."

"And fly in the belly of metal dragons—"

"Planes."

"You sure know a lot of these things," Fenrir said as she was amazed.

'So the city has been modernized thanks to the knowledge of other world travelers. Incredible but the problem is...'

Lucifer pictured his old classmates,the ones who betrayed him in his mind.

'It's also where they are, so that nun opened a portal and dropped me tens of kilometers away from there, I guess they were serious about not having me around,' He thought to himself

Fenrir continued her explanation. "And to the far north is the domain of the demons. The demons have been constantly attacking the City of Nerotopia on the orders of the Demon Queen hoping to break the barrier covering the city. The humans going into the city with food and other supplies are constantly being attacked and that's where the heroes come. The job of the heroes is to defeat the demons and force them to retreat back to Tartarus,the realm of the demons. So Lucifer, what are we looking for?"

"We are looking for a key to unlock the Chambers of Wishes," He responded.

"The Chamber of Wishes? Never heard of it," Fenrir stated.

"It's a place that grants wishes to anyone who enters it. However the chamber is closed and the key is in thirteen pieces that are scattered across the world," He explained. "That's what my father told me anyway."

"And who is your father?" Fenrir asked out of curiosity.

"Indura The Black Dragon of Darkness."

"Black Dragon Indura?!" Fenrir gasped and she was so shocked that she nearly fell off the glider board. "The dragon that even the demons king who said to have feared, that Indura "

Lucifer nodded.

"Wait—I thought you were summoned from a different world. How could you be the son of a dragon that was sealed away for 3000 years?" she wondered.

"He didn't birth me, he only adopted me and he's the one who turned me into a half Dragon so I guess he's one of my biological fathers," Lucifer explained.

"That's amazing, I guess he's the one in the reflection around you."

"Hm?"

"Nothing,so since we are partners mind telling who betrayed you," Fenrir asked out of curiosity.

Lucifer didn't respond to her immediately.

"My Ex-Girlfriend...."

"Jeez, I can tell how much that must have hurt," Fenrir pitied him.

"I lost my legs and my eyes and dropped in a dungeon in the middle of nowhere. Like a blind rat I crawled around while surrounded by carnivorous monsters until fate led me to father."

"Do you want revenge?"

"No, In fact I'm grateful to them. That experience taught me how weak I really was..." he said, then he recalled what happened to him.

Fenrir looked at Lucifer and could help feel sorry for him. A boy his age going through such an experience was unheard of. Fenrir chuckled arrogantly and started to tease him again.

"Don't worry I'll take care of you, I'll give you such a good time you'll forget all about your ex-girlfriend," She offered as she whispered in his left ear seductively.

"Not interested," he rejected. "Ask me again and I'll throw you off."

"Hehehehe, I'm just playing with you."

After a long flight they arrived at a small human city. With the help of one of his crows Lucifer got a good look of the place.

'Because of the angel it's hard to tell if this place is a library, Hm?'

Lucifer noticed that the city has an adventurers guild.

"Did you find anything?" Fenrir asked and Lucifer responded with a nod. Moments later, he placed a gold slave collar around her neck.

"What the—What is this for?!"

"It's a slave collar. The humans won't be trustworthy of a werewolf walking around unattended. Consider it your Pass"

"Yeah but this thing is embarrassing," Fenrir pouted, trying to get the collar off.

'Says the woman who's walking around almost naked,' Lucifer thought to himself as he was exasperated.

"If you want I could add a leash," he recommended it.

He held up the leash and Fenrir shuddered when she saw it.

"Easy there, the collar is fine," She said, waving her hands and backing away.

They traveled to the gate and waited second in line to go in. The guards at the gate were doing a security check. Fenrir felt nervously and leaned over to whisper to Lucifer.

"Hey, do you have a plan for this?" she asked and he responded with a nod.

The humans that were around kept looking at Fenrir and lucifer. They looked at Fenrir mostly because a majority of her body was naked and the fact that she's a werewolf. The only thing that stood out with Lucifer is that he is with her and the odd fact that he's walking around with his eyes closed. It was their turn to approach the guards and they stepped forward.

"Identification please," one of the guards requested.

"I don't have any," Lucifer said with a soft voice.

"What? You don't have anything?" the guards asked again and Lucifer shakes his head with a No.

"You see I was born blind so I was a sheltered child who was always at home with my parents. A few days ago our mansion was attacked by bandits who killed my parents and burned down our home. I was nearly killed and who came to my rescue but my servant. So now we are wondering about trying to get back on her feet. Sir help us," he pleaded with a pitiful tone of voice.

Lucifer's story sounded so real that everyone around believed him. They whisper things like "Poor child not only is he blind and also homeless and an orphan" or "It's tragic, I feel bad for him". The guards looked at Fenrir standing behind Lucifer who casually smiled. He then looked down at the small boy before him.

"You two don't seem harmful, So I'll give you a pass but when you get in make sure you get an ID of some sort," the guards instructed.

"Thank you sir, I'm forever in our depth," Lucifer expressed his gratitude.

Lucifer and Fenrir were granted easy access thanks to his story.

"Thanks an impressive lie that you came up with even I almost believed it," Fenrir slapped Lucifer on the back with a proud smile on her face. "Where did you learn to lie like that? "

"Don't know," he responded.

'I've never lied almost my entire life so when did I learn to lie like that? Was it since my evolution?'

Lucifer stopped walking as he noticed a magical item shop. He found that he was interested in such a place and wanted to check it out.

"We should visit that shop but first we must find an inn to stay at," he suggested.

Fenrir glanced at a man passing by them and after he passed, she chuckled arrogantly while throwing up and down a bag of money she stole from him.

"I got the money right here," she smirked.

The two of them walked into the inn together and those who were inside stopped and glared at the two of them. As Lucifer and Fenrir walked up to the counter they whispered. A woman was at the front desk, she was a brown haired lady who was fat and short.

"Hello my name is Rose, I'm the owner of this inn, do you need a room?" she asked Lucifer and he responded with a yes.

Rose glared at Fenrir and is disturbed by the fact she's a monster. "Is this slave with you?" Rose asked as she glared at Fenrir in repulsion.

"Yes, where she goes I go," Lucifer responded.

"Okay but I'll have to charge you extra if you keep her inside my inn. The price was originally 3 gold coins per night but you have to pay six," She explained.

"No problem."

Lucifer gave her the six gold coins then rose took up a key and gave it to them. Lucifer and Fenrir went to the room, it was a one bedroom with no bathroom inside.

"This place is cramped," Fenrir noticed.

Lucifer places his backpack on the ground and sits on the ledge of the window. The wind was blowing his hair and it glistened under the moonlight.

"You don't want the bed?" Fenrir asked in bewilderment then she smirked "Don't you want a hot female to snuggle you in bed?"

"Just go to sleep," He responded. "Tomorrow we have a long day ahead of us."

Fenrir then sat on the bed silently then she glanced at Lucifer. Since his eyes were closed she couldn't figure out whether he was sleeping or not.

'I wonder what kind of destiny you have, Lucifer...Whatever it is it's sure going to be thrilling,' She thought to herself.
