Both Charles and James turned to look at him instantly, eager to know who it was that had come to their rescue.

“Who are you?” Charles questioned inquisitively.

“I think that’s not important now. But if you must know, I’m Anthony.” The young man revealed himself.

“Oh, Anthony, nice to meet you. I’m Charles, and this is James.” Charles introduced he and James to Anthony.

“So, how did you know we’re in need of help?” Charles asked, trying to be certain that the young man knew what exactly they needed help for.

“I watched you from a distance when you were at Mr. Thompson’s door. I thought you were his son who has come here to live for the three years left, but I guess you’re not.”

“You live here?”

“Yeah. But I also do travel around for a few reasons.”

“Alright, so, you said you can help us. In what way?” Charles questioned.
