Amelia stood up abruptly and walked outside, then James followed her to know what happened, and why her expression suddenly changed.

“What’s going on, Amelia?” He asked, out of concern.

“I… I need to get back to my hometown to settle something.”

“What's that? Did something bad happen?” James asked, worried about Amelia.

“You don't have to worry about it. I have to go now.” Amelia said as she turned, about to leave as fast as she could, but James held her back.

“You have to speak to me. If it's that urgent, tell me when you're going to come back.” James said as he held her hand.

Then Amelia calmed down, and looked into James’ eyes apologetically.

“I don't know when I'll be back, James. I just don't know, but I'll definitely be back. Just let me go, right now.” Amelia said, staring into his eyes with affection.

She didn't want to leave, but she had to, and she also had no intention to tell James what exactly was going on, as she planned to end the issue once and for all in her hometown.
