"It's 2023?" Alex repeated that. He understood well that he was in 2015 and was about to kill his wife who was having an affair. But why was he thrown into the future in the body of a poor man like Adam?

"Don't daydream, Adam, a very rich man is coming with his wife. He's a loyal customer of ours. Don't make trouble with him!" the man exclaimed.

Adam tried to clear the table of former customers. A sexy woman soon walked into the cafe. She sat on a chair with a haughty face.

"I hope he dies soon."

"He's been unconscious for years." Adam heard the woman's words.

"Yes, Alex should die." Alex's eyes widened as he recognized the beautiful woman's face. she is Diana. Without thinking. Diana embraced Marco's body and kissed the man's cheek in public.

Adam clenched his hands.

"Damn, they're here. How did God put me together with that demon woman?"

 Adam tried to contain himself. He was in another man's body. If only he could hit Marco, then now would be the best time for him to do so.

"Never mind, don't think about her Marco."

"There's no point thinking about Alex. Let's drink and have fun. His entire fortune is in my hands. As per his grandfather's will, if Alex is gone then it will be me or his daughter who takes all the stuff."

Marco laughed with satisfaction.

Adam tried to calm down. Diana was sneaky. She was using an arranged marriage to take his property.

"Adam!" the middle-aged man shouted. Adam rushed over to his boss. "Serve those two guests, they're our loyal customers!"

"Don't make trouble with him!"

"Think that you need money for your wife!"

Adam sighed. He nodded his head in understanding. As possible he walked to Diana and Marco's table. If the gun had hit Marco in the heart, it would have been the man who died, not him.

"Ladies and gentlemen, would you like a drink?" Adam's gaze was deep on Diana. She nodded.

"Adam, why does your face look strange?"

"You don't seem to like us?" Diana was astonished. "Oh, she's very friendly with this poor guy?" thought Alex.

"Yes!"

Diana chuckled.

"Give me a bottle of vodka, I don't want to get drunk tonight. But my lover needs a massage," Diana chuckled. Marco kissed Diana on the lips in front of Adam. It made the man even more upset.

"Alright miss," Adam exclaimed. He walked towards the back room.

"Alex will live."

"Honey, the death pill has entered his body, Alex won't survive. Let him sleep for thousands of years," Marco explained. Adam was still able to listen to everything the two humans said.

Alex looked at Diana and Marco from a distance. He was confused about where Abraham was. The old man must know everything that happened. He was trapped in the future and if he could go back, Alex would kill Diana and Marco.

"Adam?"

"Miss June will be here."

"Get ready to go home and attend your grandmother's birthday!"

Adam took off his uniform and picked up the bag. Diana and Marco were still in that place. Diana continued to watch Adam. There seemed to be something strange.

"Mr. Adam, you're very strange tonight."

"Not as friendly as before, I'm confused," Diana explained with a smile. Adam didn't answer. He left and got into a taxi. He was going to meet Juni at their old house.

"You took so long!" Juni shouted as she approached Adam who had gotten out of the taxi. Adam walked over to her.

"I'm late because I have a customer to attend to."

"I don't want to know, we have to go to Grandma's house. Did you bring a present?" Adam smacked his forehead. He'd forgotten to buy a present.

"I only brought Grandma a tea from China, I bought it on the side of the road."

Juni sneered. She hated her current life. How could she be related to the poorest man in the world?

"Geez Adam, didn't you know?"

"My grandmother doesn't like tea, she loves diamonds and you're giving her tea?" said Juni. Adam let out a long sigh. He didn't know what to say.

"Get in the car and let's go to my grandmother's house!" ordered a slightly annoyed Juni.

In the house, Adam immediately approached Grandma Queni, who was sitting in a wheelchair. They greeted Adam with happy faces.

"Son-in-law, what did you give Grandma?" he asked. Adam took out a tea box and placed it in front of her.

Everyone in the room looked at Adam with contemptuous expressions.

"You're making a mockery of Grandma, how can you give her tea when others give her diamonds?"

"You are poor."

"Juni, your husband is so poor, I didn't know he was this poor, this is an insult."

Juni was annoyed by that remark. She looked down and didn't want to look at anyone who was shouting insults at Adam.

Adam felt guilty. She was embarrassed.

"Adam, you poor thing!" shouted Granny Qeuni.

"Are you planning to embarrass me? Look at Steven, he bought me a new car. Look at Marto, he gave me a fancy diamond like no other. You, you gave me a box of tea?"

Grandma spat in front of Adam. Juni was getting annoyed with her husband's behavior. She pulled Adam away.

"Look!"

"Look at what you're doing Adam. You're embarrassing me, you're embarrassing me right now!" she shouted in frustration.

Alex didn't understand this poor man's body. If only he had access to his house, he could buy a house for the cranky old lady.

"Adam!" Juni shouted when he ignored her. Adam let out a long sigh.

"I'm sorry, I don't have a penny."

"You always say that, of course!"

Alex felt it was a curse. Being trapped in Adam's body was a curse. He had never been reviled like this. Everyone respected him. But now, why was everyone insulting and degrading him like this?

Juni left. Tears rolled down her cheeks. She couldn't help being embarrassed. The entire You family whispered.

"Juni is so pitiful."

"She has to be stuck with her poor, useless husband."

"In the Qeuni family, he's the useless man. He's completely useless!" The words rang in Adam's ears.

"If you're this useless, Adam! You'd better divorce my granddaughter!"

"Here, you're like a dog!"
