Chapter 6

After leaving the court, and being released from Maria's restraints. Aiden was confused about where he should go now, there was no place he could go yet.

Aiden remembered that he had told people to find a place to live, even though he was the richest man in the city, it would be difficult to find a house and it would take a lot of time.

Aiden looked around, it looked like he had to go to the hotel, there was no other way. Aiden moved from where he had been.

But after only a few steps, his phone rang. Aiden picked up the phone and looked to see who else would be bothering him.

Aiden saw Lisa Maddison's name on the screen, it was Aiden's mother's best friend. Aiden frowned slightly and picked up the call.

Was there something Aiden should be worried about? When the call was answered there was no sound at all until Aiden finally said, "Aunt Lisa, what's going on?

"Aiden ...." Aiden was still focused on hearing what Lisa had to say.

"Yes, Auntie," Aiden replied, feeling that the call was too quiet.

"I went to the Stone family's house earlier and I found out that you got divorced. I was very sad to hear that."

Aiden smiled slightly, Aunt Lisa really cared about him. "I'm fine with that, Auntie." Aiden then looked around and found a place to sit.

"Are you sure? You must be devastated." Aiden laughed a little to break the ice.

"I'm fine, Auntie. You don't have to worry." Lisa breathed a sigh of relief.

"You don't know where you're going, do you? If you don't mind, come to Auntie's house."

Aiden was surprised to hear that, and looked down at the cell phone that had been near his ear. Aunt Lisa was so kind to him, Aiden was touched.

After Aiden's mother died, Aunt Lisa had always taken care of him and behaved kindly over and over again.

"Are you sure, Auntie? I'm afraid to trouble you," Aiden asked and Aunt Lisa could be heard laughing from behind the phone.

"You've never bothered me, so come here. Until you have a place to stay." Aiden smiled, one day he would have to repay her kindness.

Aiden looked thoughtful for a moment, then finally said, "Okay, Auntie. If that's what you want." It might be better than staying in a hotel.

"Good, I like the sound of that. I'll send you my home address and come over right away." Their call was then disconnected.

Aiden stared at the message from Aunt Lisa that had just come in, she lived in a fancy neighborhood too. Aiden glanced at the street, watching for taxis passing by.

A taxi stopped right in front of Aiden as he pulled up, taking off immediately for Aunt Lisa's house.

Aiden got off at a large house, and could see in front of the gate a woman sitting as if waiting for something.

Aiden looked at the woman, and she was Aunt Lisa. Aunt Lisa, who realized Aiden's arrival, was happy and immediately embraced him and told him to enter the house.

As Aiden entered Aunt Lisa's house with Aunt Lisa, a girl wearing sexy pajamas wandered into the house.

The girl walked around in the living room, her sexy body and seductive clothes making Aiden feel a little awkward.

The girl saw Aiden coming, at first she was casual but seeing Aiden's awkward nature, the woman came to her senses and looked at her body.

She quickly covered her chest with her hands, "Ah!" she screeched and then ran very fast into the room.

Aiden who saw the woman's reaction was even more awkward, he looked at Aunt Lisa and Aunt Lisa just smiled.

The girl who ran into the room immediately changed her clothes, "Who is that man, how dare he look at my body!" grumbled the woman while putting on her clothes.

She put on her regular pajamas that could cover her entire body, then came back and saw Aiden sitting on the sofa.

The girl gave Aunt Lisa an annoyed look and then glanced at Aiden with an annoyed look on her face. Aiden just chose to stay silent, he didn't know who she was either.

"Who is this man!" the girl screeched and Aunt Lisa looked at the pointed Aiden with a smile.

"She's my daughter, Mia. Please forgive her rude nature," Aunt Lisa said looking sarcastically at Mia.

Mia chuckled, "So who is she?"

Aunt Lisa sighed, "You should be polite, he Aiden, he'll be staying here for a few days."

Mia immediately shot Aiden a glare, it was clear on her face that she strongly disapproved of Aiden staying here.

Aiden again chose to remain silent with no reaction after Mia gave him that look, "I don't want to! I don't like it when he lives here!" Mia refused and Aunt Lisa shook her head.

"You can't refuse, it's been decided that Aiden will stay here for a few days."

"But Mom-"

"Enough Mia, why don't you agree?" Mia clucked, glancing at Aiden with disgust and extreme annoyance.

Mia turned her face away from her mother, "I don't want anyone else," Mia replied and Aunt Lisa looked at Aiden and smiled.

Aiden understood Aunt Lisa's intention to cool Aiden down, but he already knew that this was going to happen.

"No Mia, Aiden will stay. Mom's decision is final."

"Damn," Mia said, looking at Aiden with an annoyed look.

"What's going on?" A heavy man's voice rang out making everyone look back.

The man glanced at Mia who had an annoyed face and then noticed Aiden. An annoyed and strange look was also thrown at Aiden.

"Nothing," Aunt Lisa replied and the man continued to stare sarcastically at Aiden.

"Why is he here?" Mia moved straight to the man and told him everything.

"Dad, Mom wants him to stay here." The father who heard this immediately looked at Aunt Lisa. He also strongly disagreed.

"Why? I don't agree." Aunt Lisa sighed again and then looked at the two of them and glanced at Aiden.

"Whatever the reason, Mom's decision is final and Aiden will be staying here." Aiden felt uncomfortable, he was rejected but Aunt Lisa kept him.

The man then resigned himself and glanced at Aiden unhappily, "I can't do anything." Mia heard her father's words and grew more upset and teary-eyed.

"Dad," Mia muttered and her father shook his head.

"But he has to find a job, and I expect you to move out when you do. Nothing is free!"
