Inspector Walker stared at Mrs. Frederick as she lifted her phone and began operating it.

He sighed and nodded his head. He brought out his phone and stepped aside to inform Kate about what Mrs. Frederick said.

Unfortunately, the phone number Inspector Walker called was Antonio's phone number because he was the one who called and informed them about the case.

“Hello, sir,” said Inspector Walker after Antonio picked up the call.

“Yes, I hope you are torturing him,” Antonio spoke with complete hatred for Aidan.

“No, sir. His Mom insisted that the case be taken to court because her son was innocent. That's why I called to inform you about it.” Inspector Walker explained.

“Inspector, you know what you are meant to do to him and not listen to a woman's words. Of course, she would claim that her son is innocent, but is he? No, everyone knows that man is responsible for Mrs. Emily's death, so I see no reason you should think twice before jailing him.”
