Keith let out a short smile, “Well it's not my fault that my company subordinates want no involvement with you.”

Mr. Hockings paled, “Your company?”

Keith scoffed, “Yes, Mr. Hockings, my company. Apparently, there had been some grumbles going on in my company concerning the partnership with your company, so I held a meeting with my board of directors and the majority carried the votes so we had to let you go.
