Chapter Ninety Three

Mark Thomas stood behind the cubicle, chewing mercilessly on his bottom lip, nervously, picking on his nails. He glanced at Mr. Thompson once again and saw he was in a deep conversation with his girlfriend, Miss. Camila, both oblivious of the judge's stare at them, or maybe they both knew and were just ignoring it. He mumbled a silent prayer to God, praying that this case would end up going in their favor and that he had not said anything wrong to implicate his helper. He had expected the judge to look at Mr. Thompson with an impressed look, concerning what he had just narrated to the court. Sincerely, he thought the judge would react how he and the other wronged workers had reacted when they had of Mr. Thompson's great plan to help them, it was not every rich man that was nice and considerate and not stuck up and selfish, a good example of the latter was his boss_ well ex-boss, since it was obvious he would never be able to go back to work under Mr. Hockings, ever again.
