The sound of glass and ceramic shattering on the floor reverberated through the room with loud clunks. She stood up, walking on the shattered remnants of what had once been delicate glasswares, spread on the floor.

“What do you mean you couldn’t kill him?!” Elizabeth growled. “A task as simple as that was so difficult for you all to carry out?”

“Answer me!!!” she screamed, her tone laced with venom.
