Chapter 8: Awakening the Martial Spirit

After explaining it to the students, Teacher Yu ordered the new students to try it. Of all the students, only Tian Yun was unable to use the martial spirit to strengthen his attack.

Master Yu Lau then gave a book about martial spirit techniques, from non-existence to existence. The book contained cultivation techniques that were the result of contemplation by the universal god, the creator of cultivation.

"Study it; once you have mastered it, you can resume training with them. For now, you will remain in that place until your martial spirit can awaken."

After Master Yun left, Tian Yun began studying the book given by the Assistant Master at the Star Sword Pavilion. First, Tian Yun opened the pages that discussed the elements and intricacies of martial spirits.

The book revealed that the martial spirit referred to was a power that forms a new soul within oneself. A refined soul is a vessel of power that supports cultivation energy.

Tian Yun started with the formation of the martial spirit within his body. Everything began from the beginning, with the martial spirit being formed at the first level of the beginner practitioner realm. One day passed, and Tian Yun was already in the first level of the Intermediate Practitioner realm.
