Octavia's Training II

There is a genuine look of shock and surprise mixed on Octavia’s eyes at that moment. She looked at Asther to see if the necromancer is just kidding around but, all that’s written on the man’s face is seriousness. The same kind that tells a person that they mean business.

“You’re telling me that I need to fight all of them?” Octavia clarified.

“Yup.” Was Asther’s short response.

“Are you crazy?”

“I’ve been called a lot of things.”

“This is dangerous you know.”

“I do…that’s why I’m making you do it.” Asther said.

Octavia sighed. She knows that there’s no use trying to reason out with Asther. The necromancer has been very firm and strict with her training after all. And although this has consisted in nothing more than the continuous forcing of new ideals on her head, Octavia nevertheless wants to push through with the training. Not because she thinks she can learn anything from Asther but because she knows that she’d be able to prove him wrong this way.
