Brian was dumbfounded at Logan's order. He immediately walked over and pushed the girl aside. "Go, I will serve this master." With a big smile, Brian immediately greeted Logan nicely. "Sorry, I had some important work to do inside."
Rachel almost fell over because of Brian's strong push. Even this time Brian was eager to serve Logan, and it was very different from before if the man had dumped Logan because of his shabby clothes.
Of course Logan frowned at the bartender's 180-degree turn.
"Why did you come? Didn't you say you were busy? You even ignored me earlier." Logan with one eyebrow raised. This time, Logan looked at the man coldly and then turned his eyes to Rachel, but Brian immediately asked Rachel to leave.
Instantly, Brian's face also changed. He had been very indifferent to Logan, and now looked at Logan with a flattering face. Brian almost threw away the opportunity not to serve Logan. But fortunately he heard Logan and immediately came over to serve him again. Brian was sure that after this of course he would get a lot of profit from his company when he got a very large order from Logan.
Brian immediately looked for an excuse to answer Logan. "Sir, please don't take offense. I know you are a humble rich man." Brian flattered him. But Logan only gave him a flat stare.
Logan ignored the man and chose to stare at Rachel who was now walking to the back room. But Brian knew immediately that Logan was looking for Rachel again so he said, "Sir, she's new here. She's not very good at her job yet. Of course she is very different from me who has a lot of experience and can serve you very well. Tell me, can I serve you right now?" Brian spoke with great enthusiasm, but Logan just ignored him.
Suddenly, Logan heard someone's familiar voice.
"I didn't expect that I could finally come to this big bar. I had only heard of this bar and I was dying to come. And you finally brought me here."
A woman's voice, accompanied by laughter, made Logan recognize the voice even more. Logan frowned and turned around. Until finally he knew that the voice was none other than Ivy's voice and apparently she had come together with her new lover, Toby.
Ivy and Toby also looked at Logan, so they stared at each other for a moment in disbelief that they were meeting Logan in this luxurious place.
"How did a guy like you come to this place? Did you come to apply for a job too?" Toby began to speak in a mocking voice.
"Logan, why did you make a fool of yourself by coming here?" Ivy shook her head and deeply regretted Logan's foolishness by coming to a place that was not right for him. "oh yes, of course to become the lowest worker." She laughed even bigger.
Toby shifted his body slightly to get closer to Ivy and wrapped his arms around her waist. "Honey, why do you have to ask? Of course this poor man is begging for a job here." Then Toby looked at Logan and spoke again, "There doesn't seem to be a job for you here other than sweeping and washing toilets." Toby ended his sentence with a laugh.
Logan chose to ignore Ivy and his new girlfriend's words. Logan thought it was useless to listen to those two trash-talkers.
Logan looked away and turned his body to face the bartender again. "Hurry up and give me my order," Logan said very calmly. He just wanted to spend his money quickly so he could get out of this place.
Toby heard that and laughed out loud. "What could this loser possibly order here?"
Brian heard all the talk between Logan and Toby, making Brian very annoyed with Logan. At first Brian thought that Logan was a rich man pretending to be poor because he was a humble person, but hearing all the talk, made Brian realize that Logan was really a poor man.
Brian saw that the two people who had just arrived were wearing nice clothes and were very different from the clothes worn by Logan, so Brian's facial expression immediately changed and looked at Logan very sarcastically.
"So you really want to fool us? I thought that you were a rich man who was humble enough not to care about your appearance. But apparently you're a poor man!" Brian rebuked Logan very loudly.
"How can you change so quickly?" Logan asked very calmly. He was also annoyed with the man in front of him who had turned very sarcastic towards him again.
"I really regret having to waste my time serving a poor man like you. You come and ask for the most expensive drink here, but you're just a poor guy looking for a job." Brian was really annoyed with Logan for having the audacity to fool him.
Logan frowned at Brian. "So you're only willing to serve rich guys until you ask another girl to serve me?" Logan asked with one eyebrow raised, but the Brian in front of him just sneered at Logan.
"So he's here asking for the most expensive drink? He's very funny. I think you're wasting your time serving this poor guy." Toby chimed in from behind Logan's body, and the man immediately grabbed Ivy to walk over and stand in front of the bartender next to Logan.
"I feel like this guy is crazy. Just yesterday he failed to get a job and now he's here asking for the most expensive drink?" Toby laughed again loudly beside Logan. "I'm pretty sure this guy can't even afford the cheapest drink here."
Logan shot Toby a sharp glance. Logan recalled that he was the one who had turned so many companies down, and now the man was putting Logan down in front of others.
"You talk too much, while you're the trash that gets in the way of my job search." Logan emphasized the word trash to Toby, making the man immediately grit his teeth.
"How dare you call me trash. You should realize that you're such a loser that no company will accept you." Toby yelled in Logan's face. His eyes were red and his hands were clenched into tight fists. As if preparing to teach Logan a lesson.
"Please calm down. You don't have to listen to what this man says. Tell me what you want and I will serve you." Brian quickly separated the argument between Logan and Toby. He didn't want them to cause a scene here.
Brian spoke very politely to Ivy and Toby. Even the bartender gave them the best service, making Logan feel very disgusted with Brian's behavior and chose to leave.
Toby glanced at Logan's steps as he moved further away from them, giving himself a satisfied smile. Then he looked back at the bartender and said very haughtily "give me the most expensive drink here."
"Do you know that guy just wanted to order 100 bottles of the most expensive drink here." Brian said that to Toby making him laugh out loud again. Even now, his stomach almost hurt because he kept laughing.
"How can he want to order 100 bottles of the most expensive drink when he doesn't have anything. She doesn't even have a job." This time Ivy spoke up because she felt that she knew Logan's life very well.
"I don't think that guy is in his right mind. Does he think he can pay for 100 bottles of drinks in installments?" They laughed and assumed that Logan's behavior was really a joke here.
