“Ethan!” Lily yelled in panic. “Please help my mother, she’s bleeding!”

Kevin, a grizzled, weather-beaten man with a cruel glint in his eye, turned to his soldier. “Henry, is the wound serious?”

Henry, a man as cold as the steel he wielded, replied dismissively, “No, I just grazed her thigh. She’s overreacting.”

Kevin nodded, his lips curling into a sinister smile. “Go bandage her, and you can have her in the room. Remember you only have an hour.”

Henry’s eyes gleamed with perverse delight. “Alright, she’s quite old, but I like older women.”

He walked back to the middle of the group and grabbed Rosemary, throwing her over his shoulder with a callous laugh.
