Shandian and Rain appeared vigilant, while the Garuda beast remained calm and indifferent.

Elder Liubei seemed ready to attack Shandian and Rain, but Tian Fan, seeing this, immediately jumped down and stood in front of them.
"Elder, please don't attack; they are my friends," Tian Fan said nervously as the Earth King's aura was directed toward him.
Elder Liubei thought, "This child only possesses the late-stage black realm, yet he dares to withstand my Earth King's aura. Quite intriguing."
Elder Liubei nodded and withdrew his aura, and Tian Fan gratefully clasped his hands together.
Tian Fan approached Shandian and Rain and conveyed through gestures that Elder and the Garuda beast were not enemies. To ease the tension, Elder Liubei blew his whistle again, and the Garuda beast left the area.
Shandian and Rain relaxed slightly, although they remained cautious of Elder Liubei. Tian Fan then led Elder Liubei into the cave. Elder Liubei had wanted to ask how Tian Fan could befriend and communicate with a middle-level Earth realm beast when he was only in the late-stage black realm, but due to more pressing matters, he decided to save his questions.
Seeing Tian Fan and Elder Liubei's arrival, Sun Li, who had been worried after hearing the attack outside the cave, greeted them.
