Elder Liubei blew his whistle, and from the sky, a large Garuda beast appeared and landed near the two of them.

Tian Fan was awestruck as he had never seen such a massive beast before, and it looked incredibly powerful.

Elder Liubei invited Tian Fan to climb onto the back of the Garuda beast.

"Come, young one, this is the contracted beast of the Sun Sect's master."

Tian Fan and Elder Liubei leaped onto the Garuda beast's back.

With a single flap of its wings, the beast soared into the air. Elder Liubei released his Earth King's aura to protect them from the strong wind.

A journey that would have taken a day was covered in the span of six sticks of incense. Tian Fan pointed out a location to Elder Liubei, who then blew his whistle again, and the Garuda beast landed near the cave where Tian Fan lived.

Just as the Garuda beast landed, a lightning bolt struck it. Shandian, Rain, and their group immediately surrounded the Garuda beast.

Shandian and Rain appeared vigilant, while the Garuda beast remained calm and indifferent.

The lightning bolts from Shandian and Rain were, surprisingly, held back by Elder Liubei.

Elder Liubei seemed ready to attack Shandian and Rain, but Tian Fan, seeing this, immediately jumped down and stood in front of them.

"Elder, please don't attack; they are my friends," Tian Fan said nervously as the Earth King's aura was directed toward him.

Elder Liubei thought, "This child only possesses the late-stage black realm, yet he dares to withstand my Earth King's aura. Quite intriguing."

Elder Liubei nodded and withdrew his aura, and Tian Fan gratefully clasped his hands together.

Tian Fan approached Shandian and Rain and conveyed through gestures that Elder and the Garuda beast were not enemies. To ease the tension, Elder Liubei blew his whistle again, and the Garuda beast left the area.

Shandian and Rain relaxed slightly, although they remained cautious of Elder Liubei. Tian Fan then led Elder Liubei into the cave. Elder Liubei had wanted to ask how Tian Fan could befriend and communicate with a middle-level Earth realm beast when he was only in the late-stage black realm, but due to more pressing matters, he decided to save his questions.

Seeing Tian Fan and Elder Liubei's arrival, Sun Li, who had been worried after hearing the attack outside the cave, greeted them.

"Disciple Sun Li pays respects to Elder."

"Li'er, I'm relieved to see you well. The sect master was so worried after seeing your cracked soul jade."

"I apologize for causing concern to the sect master and Elder."

"I might not have survived if it weren't for Fan's timely help," Sun Li added.

Elder Liubei furrowed his brow, curious about how Tian Fan had saved them both.

"Elder Liubei, Senior Li, please take your time. I'll check the situation outside first," Tian Fan said.

Tian Fan left the two of them and went to meet Shandian and his companions.

Sun Li guided Elder Liubei to see Xi Shi first. Elder Liu Bei, upon seeing Xi Shi's injuries, took out healing pills from his dimensional ring.

Without waiting for instructions, Sun Li recounted to Elder Liubei the attack they endured from a dozen Earth realm hyena beasts. They had only faced Earth realm tigers before, so they were overwhelmed when they were ambushed by the hyena pack. Xi Shi's recklessness and stubbornness had led to their severe injuries.

Sun Li also explained Tian Fan's assistance and how he had treated their injuries and those of Xi Shi. Elder Liubei was surprised by this, not expecting Tian Fan to have such talents.

Elder Liubei examined Sun Li's wounds, which were similar to Xi Shi's but less severe.

"Li'er, why have your wounds nearly healed completely, yet Xi Shi's remain the same?" Elder Liubei asked, puzzled.

"Elder, I was treated and healed using medicines made by Junior Fan. Xi Shi initially received the same treatment, but due to her stubbornness and false accusations against Junior Fan, he refused to help her."

"Xi Shi insisted on using the sect's standard healing pills, as you can see, with no improvement."

Elder Liubei understood the situation and took out his level 3 healing pills, giving one to Xi Shi. After one incense stick's worth of time had passed, there was no change in Xi Shi's condition; her wounds were regenerating extremely slowly.

"It seems it's not working. Even if it does, it will take at least three months for her to heal," he said disappointedly.

Elder Liubei asked Sun Li to discuss Xi Shi's injuries further. Sun Li described what she had seen when Tian Fan was treating Xi Shi and conveyed Tian Fan's instructions to Elder Liubei.

As Elder Liubei listened to Sun Li's account, his facial expressions shifted between joy, confusion, and amazement. All these emotions displayed as he heard about Tian Fan's method of treatment.

"So, there's a way like that... extraordinary," exclaimed Liubei.

"Do you know what's even more surprising? Junior Fan is only 11 years old, and we are his first human patients," Sun Li added.

Elder Liubei widened his eyes at the last piece of information Sun Li shared.

"This child is a genius. His future is unimaginable! He's so young, yet his cultivation level surpasses his age. He's truly a promising talent for the sect's future. I must invite him to join the Sun Sect," Elder Liubei thought.

Seeing Elder Liubei's reaction, Sun Li thought that Elder might share his thoughts.

Silence ensued for a moment until Tian Fan entered the cave.

"Junior Fan, come here and sit," Elder Liu Bei called.

Tian Fan approached Elder Liubei and Sun Li, carrying something wrapped in leaves.

Tian Fan then sat next to Sun Li and opened the leaf wrap to reveal roasted meat.

Sun Li, knowing what Tian Fan had brought, eagerly took a piece and said, "Ah, finally, I can enjoy Junior's roasted meat again."

Elder Liubei, who had forgotten what he wanted to discuss with Tian Fan due to being distracted by the aroma of the roasted meat, simply began eating.

"Elder, Senior, please," Tian Fan said.

Sun Li immediately grabbed the food, and Elder Rain also indulged in the beast-made roasted meat. Within minutes, all the meat was gone.

Shortly after, both of them entered a cultivation state, while Tian Fan remained unaffected as the food he had made had only filled his stomach.

Elder Liubei felt an increase in his strength after eating the Garuda beast's roasted meat, while Sun Li's body felt full, and energy flowed through her meridians. She was on the verge of advancing to the middle-level Earth realm.

While waiting for Sun Li to cultivate, Tian Fan and Elder Liubei finally had a conversation and exchanged thoughts. Tian Fan was delighted to gain so much new knowledge from Elder Liubei, and Elder Liubei also benefited from learning about potion-making and herbal medicine from Tian Fan.

Elder Liu Bei then said, "Child, come with us to the Sun Sect."
