Jason was standing by the edge of the bridge, looking down at the water. If he jumped in he would simply just drown.

He was still there contemplating whether death by drowning would be the most appropriate way to go out.

Skepticism laced his features as he tethered by the edge. He closed his eyes and just as he was about to jump a pair of arms reached out and dragged him backwards onto the road.

“What the hell are you thinking?”

He turned around to realize that it was none other than his friend Luke. He and Luke went to the same high school and eventually the same college so they had been friends for a while.

However look had some business ventures he had to take care of so all this while he was in France. He just returned to come back and see his friend Jason, and coincidentally as he was driving he saw somebody that resembled Jason standing by the edge of the bridge.

Jason was unable to contain his emotions and just hugged Luke, tears streaming down from his eyes.
