Three bikes came to a stop near them. Some people turned to face the sound of the sound, wondering what the cause of the commotion was.

Mason came down with a smirk on his face, “well well well, look who's on a date,” He sneered, his eyes locked with Raul.

Skyler instantly felt nervous but she composed herself and rose up. Raul reached out to grab her hands but she didn't listen.

“What do you want Mason?” She asked through gritted teeth.

He raked his eyes over Skyler from head to toe. “Stay out of this pretty face,” he said rudely and then shoved her aside.

This earned him distasteful glares from some people in the restaurant. “Don’t push her like that!” Raul warned, slamming his hands on the table.

Skyler was still rubbing her hands from the small bruise Mason had unintentionally given her on her arm when he grabbed her too tightly.
