At The Ackerman Estate

A couple of weeks had passed since Jeremy’s final verdict, he was sentenced to life imprisonment, a worse punishment than the one labeled on his father. The City was in awe of the vile things that were published about how the family ran their businesses.

People Jeremy had wronged, got their little bit of peace back and some money for compensation. Frederick Clayton was made to pay back the people who he wrongfully took money from the sum of 400 million dollars in total. It was a lot, even for Frederick. The authorities spared no time in bundling up their houses and taking them up as their own, leaving no stone unturned.

The little left behind was given to Eileen and also surprisingly there was a trust fund with her mother's name which with the help of Aidan’s attorney, she was able to open and access for her art career.
