Chapter Ninety-One

Aidan’s POV

Aidan had walked in on his father interrogating Erica and he wasn't having it. He was called and informed by Sadie that his father was at the penthouse and he immediately knew what the next thing was and what he would be doing to her. And getting there, his father didn't disappoint him.

He was still at the suite, just having a normal discussion after excusing Erica to the room when he received a call from a strange number. At first, he ignored the call but upon further calls from this number, he decided to pick it up.

“It's me, Eileen,” She said weakly over the phone.

Aidan was taken aback by who it was. He instantly felt an uneasiness that churned and tired his stomach into knots as she just left the hotel a couple of hours away. Dread washed over him at first as he thought something terrible must have happened to her.

“What happened? Where are you?” He asked in genuine concern as he paced about the floor of the suite.
