After the little 'game' that they played with Richard the other night, everything seemed to be back in place, and even his mother-in-law had nothing to say about the whole issue. It was even safe to say that she was feeling a bit guilty about lying against Elaina.

Following the promises the company made to Elaina, about giving her an advance before even starting the job, they gave her a huge amount of money, serving as the advance payment. When Elaina saw that, she almost peed herself, because she had thought that they were just playing with her when they told her that.

Elaina's excitement was palpable, as she showed Eden the advance she had received. She was mostly happy about the fact that everything was becoming better for them, not knowing how it was even happening.

Eden was still hiding the main secret from her, with a promise to tell her when the time was right.

To celebrate their little win, Eden brought the idea of the both of them going out for a while, just the two of them.
