Hearthe

Caesar was now standing in his backyard, with blood seeping from his hand as he looked at a small plant that reached his knees.

With his bloodied hand, he softly touched the top of the plant. His every action was so soft and warm as if he was looking at his love instead of a plant.

At the top of the plant laid a small, very tiny bud that was almost ready to bloom.

As soon as his fingers touched the plant, the bud started blooming into a beautiful flower.

As the petals started opening up, a golden light shone from the inside.

Looking at the golden light, Caesar's eyes brightened as they were now filled with excitement as if he was waiting for someone's- who is (or would be) very close to his heart- arrival.

The petals continued opening up at a slow pace and a pair of eyes suddenly crept out of them to look at the new world.

Caesar's eyes warmed up with moisture as he looked at the new arrival. He used his left hand, which did not have any hint of blood on it, to stretch it in front of the small and curious eyes.

The eyes saw Caesar's hand standing in front of them and raised its head and started sniffing on it.

After sniffing for a couple of seconds, its eyes started brightening up as if it had recognized its parent.

In an instant, it moved and crawled up onto Caesar's hand happily, thus revealing its snake-like body.

Due to its bigger size, no one would realize that the new arrival was not actually a snake but was a simple worm.

A really simple worm whose body is many times larger than any other normal worm.

As it crawled up in Caesar's huge hand, it circled its entire body so that it could fit itself into his hand perfectly.

Except for its head that rose higher in the middle, its entire body was spiraled perfectly.

Caesar raised his right hand and used his index finger to softly pat its head before speaking with a voice as softly as he possibly could, "Hearthe, that would be your name. Do you like it?"

Though the newly born baby can not speak, it did not stop it from expressing its happiness in the least.

Its black dark eyes shone brightly while its head leaned into Caesar's hand as it snuggled happily, showing it loved its new name that its 'Father' just gave it.

Caesar chuckled looking at its childish actions before softly poking its head with his index finger playfully, "So you like it, huh? Okay! So Hearthe it is."

Once the name was settled, Caesar slowly placed Hearthe on the ground to let it get used to the ground and the area it is now going to stay at.

As soon as Hearthe touched the ground, it happily started crawling around before it suddenly dug its head into the ground and in an instant it disappeared underground.

Caesar could see that Hearthe was happy and thus he too felt happy and gave a warm smile to his new baby that was playing around.

He went to the patio and sat on a chair while never losing his sight from his newborn baby.

After a few minutes of Hearthe playing around in the soil, Caesar found that the soil that was touched by Hearthe all this while was shining.

He was surprised at this new sight and stood up from his chair before he bent down to grasp a handful of the now shining soil.

Though he had not watered his backyard for a very long time, the soil that he just held in his hands looked very moist as it glistened with dew.

It is very clear that this soil is nourished well and is very ready to hold any type of plants and help them grow.

Caesar was surprised that his new baby is not only 'cute and adorable' but also had such an amazing talent.

He was already happy enough to see Hearthe happily playing with the useless land in his backyard. But now, Hearth gave him such a surprise? How could he not be happier than before?

He got such an amazing baby to himself, after all!

So Hearthe could make any soil that it touched fertile!?

Looks like his once useless land could now grow any types of plants because of his baby.

He released the soil in his hand to the ground before looking at Hearthe, who was still playing happily in the ground, not at all noticing its Father's surprised glance at it.

It happily jumped into the ground and jumped out from another point, just like a dolphin jumping around in the water.

After a couple of minutes, it finally noticed its Father's gaze and crawled towards Caesar, before snuggling its head into his foot.
