46. Flying Eagle

Still silent in his place, Brian's attention was focused on Alessia's face, who was still sleeping. His mind wandered, replaying his dreams in memories that brought new questions. Who is that faceless figure?

"Why is he waiting for me?" Brian asked quietly. "Who he is?" he continued to mumble.

The curiosity in Brian's heart and mind grew bigger. Supposedly, when one problem is resolved a new problem arises, but in Brian's case other problems have not been resolved, and new problems appear and pile up which could put pressure on Brian.

For a long time, the man just remained silent where he was. It was still three in the morning, but he no longer felt sleepy. The dream that Brian experienced drove away his drowsiness completely.

Taking a deep breath, Brian turned his attention to his surroundings and only then noticed the blanket covering his body.
