Chapter Seven
Tyler stepped out of the bustling bar, the neon lights fading behind him as he dialed his personal investigator's number. With a sense of urgency in his voice, he demanded, "Hello, Mike, find out where the Wilson family have taken my wife and what they're up to. I need to know every detail. Get back to me in the next ten minutes. I need to go save her.""Alright, boss. I am on it," Mike assured him before ending the call.A few tense minutes passed before Mike's name flashed on Tyler's phone screen, urging him to quickly press the answer button."Where are they?" He inquired as soon as he received the call."They're at Living Stone Hotel celebrating the Wilson's eldest son's birthday. They took your wife there," Mike revealed."Thank you," Tyler responded before ending the call.****>Living stone hotel hall<<People of various statuses, from all walk of life streamed into the house where the birthday festivities were set to unfold, each bearing an array of exquisite gifts. Judas, the young master, meticulously oversaw the preparations, ensuring every detail was perfect. In the midst of a conversation with a prominent figure from the city, butler Leo approached him, (Judas), bowing respectfully as he neared."Sir, may I have a word with you privately?," Butler Leo uttered, his head still slightly bowed.Judas frowned slightly when he sensed the urgency in Leo's tone, he apologized to the man he was having a conversation with, and swiftly excused himself from the conversation.Once alone, Judas turned to Butler Leo and asked, "Is there any problem? Is everything alright with the girl? Where is she?" Leo, with his head still bowed, replied quietly."She's in the vehicle, where should I keep her?" Butler Leo asked, prompting a look of disappointment to cross Judas's face. He bit his lower lip, his fist clenched in frustration."Why are you struggling with a task as simple as this? Lock her up in the private room at the hotel. Make sure she doesn't manages to escape, because there will be consequences if she do escape" he threatened firmly.Butler Leo quickly nodded in agreement and promptly left.A devilish smirk crept onto his face as he anticipated the night ahead, determined to claim her cornea.Amid the vibrant party atmosphere, everyone reveled in the beautiful moment. The crowd engaged in lively conversation and laughter, savoring the festivities until the gift-giving portion of the evening arrived.Judas unveiled his gift—a small, gleaming jade piece fetching millions of dollars. Knowing his brother's appreciation for such treasures, he felt confident in his choice. Just as he was about to present the gift, a voice resonated through the room, interrupting the moment."What the hell is going on here?" Tyler yelled. Butler Leo quickly moved to Judas' side and whispered in his ear."He is the man you spoke with earlier on phone. He is Adrianna's husband," Butler Leo explained. After hearing butler Leo's explanation, Judas stood tall, with a smug expression on his face as he mocked Tyler who is before him."Wow, I guess you're here to beg after all you have said to me on the phone a few hours ago. Running your mouth like a tap over the phone. And now you're back to beg me" he let out a dry chuckle. "Don't bother yourself, because no amount of begging will help your wife, so I advise you to leave this instant."Although Judas tried to make his voice deep and threatening, Tyler was totally unfazed."Where the hell is my wife?" Tyler asked with a clenched fist. "Where are you keeping her?"Judas raised his brows."You want to see her?" He asked, his words laced with mockery. "Don't worry, I will give you the honor of seeing her," Judas assured Tyler which was obviously a lie, then burst into laughter.Judas turned to Butler Leo and signaled him to bring Adrianna, and a few minutes later, he wheeled her to their table.Anger surged through Tyler's veins as clenched and unclenched his fist upon seeing his wife on the wheelchair. He thought about how much she must have suffered by now.He rushed to her, bending down to her level, gently caressing her face with his palm. His eyes turned red and he fought back the tears that threatened to fall from his eyes."Are you okay, darling? Did they do anything to hurt you?" He bombarded her with questions, concern evident in his voice. "How are you?" he asked again, his eyes searching hers for any sign of distress."Tyler, I am fine" Arianna replied quietly in a cracked voice. "You should go back home. Don't cause any more trouble here. I don't want you to endanger your life for me. These people are not to be toyed with. They're evil, and capable of anything," she said.Tyler scoffed in disbelief, unable to comprehend why everyone was so fearful of them. He couldn't understand why his own family didn't believe he could save them from the looming trouble."I'm not endangering my life. You are my wife and I will do anything in my power to save you from any situation," Tyler declared, his determination shining through his eyes."I understand you, but you have to live. You have to live for our daughter. I don't want her to be an orphan. That's why you have to leave me. I'll be fine," Adrianna said, her voice filled with a mix of love and concern."Stop saying you'll be fine. I will save you; you just have to trust me. I won't allow anyone to hurt you," Tyler asserted, his eyes reflecting his unwavering determination."Wow, I never knew you loved your wife like this. I'm getting jealous from watching this lovey-dovey," Judas mocked. Adrianna ignored Judas's words and leaned in to whisper to Tyler."I'll sacrifice myself for the family. All you have to do is save yourself from this drama, for our daughter's sake," Adrianna urged, her eyes filled with love and selflessness."Stop saying that! I won't allow anyone to lay a finger on you. Anyone who tries that will lose their life for it," Tyler declared, his voice firm with a hint of danger. Judas hit his hand on the table in frustration."What rubbish are you spouting out of your mouth? Do you even know who my family is in the society?" Judas asked with a smug look on his face. "Apart from being one of the richest families in the society, do you even know how powerful we are?""I don't care about how powerful you guys are," Tyler replied calmly, his expression defiant."I'm sure you don't know. I'm going to help you by telling you the kind of family I come from," Judas began, a hint of arrogance in his voice. "Our family is one of the Blue Dragon members. And do you know the most interesting thing? The God of War King is my friend," he boasted.Chapter 8"Are you friends with the god of war?" Tyler asked, taken aback. As the god of war himself, Tyler couldn't comprehend why Judas would fabricate such a claim."Yes, the god of war is my friend. Do you have a problem with that?" Judas answered confidently. "I don't chill with lowlifes like you, I chill with important figures"Tyler tilted his head as he couldn't believe the confidence Judas has."Or do you personally know the god of war? Why am I even asking you that kind of question? You don't know him and you can never know him because I'm very sure you can't meet him, not even in your next life. It won't be possible," Judas mocked Tyler. The eldest master, who had been silent until now, suddenly burst into laughter."He thinks he is someone important,'" The eldest master pipped in, Tyler chuckled and shook his head in disappointment "I doubt anyone of you even know the god of war; the god of war that I know can never be your friend." he told them. The young master, taken
Tyler, his fists clenched tightly, managed to stand up."What are you waiting for? Beat him up?" Judas yelled as the guard moved closer to Tyler and kicked him in the stomach. Tyler staggered but tried to fight back. However, another guard landed a brutal punch on his head.Tyler chuckled in response, a smirk playing on his lips in the face of the man's threats."You dare come here to ruin our party? How dare you? Who do you think you're? Do you even think we are in the dreamland? You're going to die with your wife here," the man bellowed angrily, his voice filled with menace."Do you think I am someone you can kill with no traces?" Tyler asked, his tone laced with amusement as he burst into laughter, the sound echoing through the tense air.Judas' butler, with panic in his eyes, came running towards them, his phone clutched tightly in his hand."Please stop!" the butler begged, his voice quivering with fear and urgency."What's going on? Why do you shout like that?" Judas demanded, t
"I am very sorry, uncle, I have released him as your order," Judas replied, his voice laced with frustration and anger, before ending the call. He clenched his fist and unclenched it angrily, his knuckles white with tension, before throwing the phone against the wall with a loud crash. The device shattered into pieces, a symbol of his shattered composure."Fuck! What am I going to do now? Where will I get a new cornea for my brother?" He yelled, his voice echoing through the luxurious room, his words laced with desperation and urgency. He roughed his hair angrily, his eyes blazing with intensity, as if trying to find a solution in the tangled strands. He faced his butler, his eyes commanding and fierce, not minding the people sitting at the VIP table, who were now staring at him with a mixture of shock and curiosity. "Go after him, I'm not convinced. I want to know how powerful he is," Judas instructed, his voice low and menacing, his eyes narrowing into slits. The butler nodded swift
"Do you think they won't come for us again?" Adrianna asked, her voice trembling with fear as she glanced nervously over her shoulder, her eyes wide with anxiety. "I'm scared, I don't really know why they let us go!" She shook her head, her long, curly hair bouncing with the motion.Tyler let out a smirk, his eyes glinting with a fierce determination. "They can't do anything," he said, his voice low and menacing. "He doesn't know who I am, and I will stop at nothing to make them all pay for what they did." His fists clenched at his sides, his jaw set in a firm line.Adrianna raised an eyebrow, her expression skeptical. "Do you think you can do that?" she asked, her voice laced with doubt. "Do you think you can make them pay? Just let them go, as far as they released us out of their good wills." She shrugged, her shoulders barely moving.Tyler's smirk grew wider, his eyes flashing with amusement. "So you don't believe I'm a powerful person now, Adrianna?" he asked, his voice dripping w
"I am going to prove it if you give me the chance to," Tyler said, his eyes shining with determination, his voice filled with conviction. "I'm ready to prove it to you guys, I came back to do that and I promised you one thing, you guys will never lack any good things, your suffering has come to an end." He spoke with a passion that was hard to ignore, his words dripping with sincerity.Adrianna raised an eyebrow, her expression skeptical. "You can't do that with ordinary mouth making," she said, her voice laced with doubt. "I just hope you don't run away again." She crossed her arms over her chest, her eyes narrowing slightly.Tyler's smile was warm and reassuring. "I won't, let's go meet our daughter first, I'm going to take you both out today." He said, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "I'm going to change your wardrobe and make sure you both have nothing but good things." He gestured expansively, his hands painting a picture of a brighter future.Adrianna's expression softened s
As the phone call ended, Tyler's grip on the phone relaxed, his eyes still fixed on Adrianna's face, his mind racing with thoughts of revenge and protection. He knew that the Wilson's would stop at nothing to get what they wanted, and he was determined to put an end to their schemes once and for all.He turned to leave the room, his movements swift and purposeful, his mind already focused on the next step in his plan. He knew that Alex would not fail him, and that soon he would have the information he needed to take down the Wilson's.As he walked out of the room, he felt a sense of resolve wash over him, a sense of determination that he had not felt in years. He was going to protect his family, no matter what it took, and he was going to make sure that the Wilson's paid for their betrayal. The hallway outside was quiet and empty, the only sound the soft hum of the hospital's machines and the faint beeping of the heart monitor in Adrianna's room. Tyler's footsteps echoed off the walls
"Let's just go to the hospital, I'm tired of listening to your bullshits," Mr. Stiles says, his voice laced with frustration and anger, his face red with exasperation. He turns to leave, his movements swift and decisive, his eyes flashing with annoyance."What would you say about the soldiers that I asked to keep you safe, since some hours now?" Tyler asks, his voice calm and collected, his eyes fixed intently on his father's face.Mr. Stiles spins around, his eyes narrowing in accusation. "It's very obvious you paid them off, to stand as one of your people," he says, his voice laced with disbelief and skepticism, his eyes searching Tyler's face for any sign of deception.Tyler's expression remains calm, his eyes filled with a deep sadness. "I am very sad that you, as my father, didn't believe me," he says, his voice laced with hurt and disappointment. "Anyway, you are going to see for yourself," he adds, his eyes glinting with a hint of determination, his voice firm and resolute. The
Tyler's eyes never leave hers, his gaze piercing and intense, his phone held up like a shield, the screen displaying a message that makes the sales representative's face pale: "Tyler Stiles, Owner and CEO, Stiles Corporation".The sales representative's face turns white as she realizes her mistake. She takes a step back, her eyes fixed on Tyler's phone, her mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water."I... I apologize, sir," she stammers, her voice barely above a whisper.Tyler's expression remains stern, his eyes still fixed on the sales representative. "See that it doesn't happen again," he says, his voice firm and commanding. The sales representative nods, her eyes still fixed on Tyler's phone, her face pale. "Y... yes, sir," she stammers."Where's the manager's office?" Tyler asked, his voice firm and commanding, his eyes scanning the luxurious interior of the store."Over there, sir," the representative replied, her voice respectful, her hand extending in a graceful gestu
