Lauren walked into the bar and collided with some drunkards who ignored the fact they had hit her.

“Ugh!” She grunted in disgust and held on to her bag.

If anyone wanted to steal her bag from her, it could be very possible in the midst of the crowd.

So, the best she could do was to hold on to it, since there were valuables in it.

While squeezing herself out of the crowd, who were on the dance floor, she hoped she wouldn't have to go through this again when she was stepping out of the bar.

“Finally.” She said to herself as she managed to get out of the happy crowd.

Then she spotted Alexander sitting on one of the bar stools and quietly drinking his alcohol.

“Good evening, Mr. Alex.” Lauren greeted, with a smile as she sat on the bar stool which wasn't far from his.

Then Alex raised his head and looked at her.

“Didn't know I would come across you, right here,” Lauren uttered, trying to make things seem coincidental.

“You are…?” Alexander asked.

“Oh! Pardon my manners. I'm Lauren Shane.”
