CHAPTER FOURTY-THREE

In his desire for revenge and power, Logan had himself turned to darkness, there was a way it helped him reason and so far so good it seemed to work-

A cracking noise filled the air and a flicker from his lighter came on briefly before turning to darkness again.

He looked at the lighter closely, the last time he had made use of it was the night of the fire and everything that happened that night, he had thought of keeping to himself including the proof that was locked away in his closet.

At the dark end of the hallway that was void of light and life, Logan who had arrived back at the Capre mansion was seated at a corner with anxiety seared over his face, in some way it was hard for him to get over the past hour incident.
