Chapter 194: Emily Appears

The next moment, Mary Martinez rushed up to her as if terribly wronged, weeping and railing, cursing Jason and Grace Diaz, exaggerating and smearing them.

She seemed unable to go on living. But Susan was used to this and only believed a fraction of her mother's words. She then asked Jason what happened.

After hearing the full story, Susan's expression shifted. The lost money didn't matter, but that necklace could not be lost again. It was Jason's gift to her, more precious than anything.
