The look on Milo’s face showed so much reluctance to speak, and he remained mute while his breath was still unstable.

He wanted to remain that way, but Jason and the guards behind him reminded him with hand gestures of what was going to happen if he didn’t do what he was asked to do.

“Milo? What the hell is this? Did you call me to be mute like a dead man?”

“I am sorry, Mr. D! I am so sorry!” Milo said with a shaky voice, staring at the screen of the phone while everyone remained calm.

“What’s this all about? Out with it already!”

“Okay! Okay!” Milo was about to say the words he was asked to say to his boss, but the thought of what could happen to him later made him stutter, and he remained quiet until James moved a step toward him with a ferocious look on his face.

“What the hell, Milo? Did anything happen at the bunker?”

“No! No, boss! The bunker is fine! Everything is fine!”

“Then why the fuck did you call me? Huh?”

“The old man! Yes! The old man! He is dead! We kille

You should come, this is the perfect time for me to introduce you to the rest of us! You will meet Mr. D!”“Really?”“Yes, Albert! I have told you a lot about him and how you can really be beneficial to us, and I think he is hoping to meet you.” Philip said with a low tone while Jason nodded in satisfaction, glad that everything was working out naturally. “I am grateful for this opportunity, Mr. Hernandez, thank you so much for this!”“You don’t need to mention, Albert! I will send you a location at once, make sure you are here in less than two hours. I will make the introductions myself at the end of the meeting. Understoo

Brenda walked into the room with her black box tightly held in her left hand. The look on her face wasn't as bright as always, and that was the first thing Jason noticed about her, but he decided to remain calm. “Hello, Lord Walker.” “Is that my future Granddaughter-in-law? Brenda dear! Come, come!” Lord Walker gestured to Brenda to hurry up with a smile which she managed to force herself to reciprocate. “How are you doing?” Brenda asked the old man who nodded with his smile intact and continued staring at her pleasantly. “I am just going to drop this here. Jay? Could you help me with that?” Brenda pointed at the glass of water on the stool while Jason quickly grabbed it with both hands, allowing her to drop her box before she quickly opened it. “Tell me, Lord Walker. Has there been any changes to your body? Anything unusual?” She brought out her stethoscope and inserted the earphones into her ears before moving closer to Lord Walker who couldn’t stop admiring her beauty.

They spent over thirty minutes on the road, but Jason didn’t mind, as long as they were going to eventually get to their destination which was getting him closer to his plans. It was a hotel, one of the finest in the city, and from the look of things, there were not so many guests in the hotel as the cars parked outside the premises could be counted effortlessly without stress. “Thank you, James.” Jason said as soon as he got out of the car, and then he looked around the vicinity of the hotel for a few seconds before he sighed softly. As soon as he began to walk to the entrance of the hotel, Janes and the other guard followed him at once, and they moved slowly but steadily until they got to the hall after going through the elevator. On their way up, they met some men leaving the hotel, and without being told, Jason was certain that they were there for the meeting he was told about. “Albert! You are here right on time!” Philip Hernandez appeared from the hall alongside Larry Ba

Jason waited to hear what he had to say, but it seemed like he was a slow-talker. “Are you married? Do you have someone you intend to marry?” Dalton grabbed his glass of liquor again and drank from it until it was almost finished. He gestured to the guard standing behind him who hurriedly poured more liquor from the glass for him. “I wasn’t expecting that.” Jason chuckled while he looked at the three men one after the other, and saw that they were very interested to know the

I have only been here once and I think the only thing that impressed me about them was their cocktail!” Adele responded with a loud tone, trying to make sure Jason heard her amidst the loud music that boomed from the big speakers in the club. With the three bodyguards walking behind them, they walked to the bar where they sat on the stools. Adele refused to admit the fact that she really admired Jason, and each time he tried to look at her, she looked away in order not to be caught staring. Jason looked at Brenda for a while, unable to find the right response to give to him. At that moment, he became a bit nervous, and couldn’t even deny everything she said. “Where are you coming from, Jay? Who were you with?” Brenda’s curiosity lingered, and even though she looked at the cradle to be sure that Henry hadn't wake up, she still returned her inquisitive stare to Jason who took in a deep breath which he let out slowly in an attempt to get a grip on himself. “I promise you, it’s not what you think.” “But I didn’t say anything, Jay. Did I? Huh?”“No, Brenda,” Jason said calmly while Brenda continued giving him a deep stare with her eyebrows lifted to form a furrow. “Okay, here is the thing.” Jason grabbed her hand, and even when she dragged it away, he grabbed it again and held onto it with a tighter grip. “So I went to see some very dangerous people, the people who tried to hurt my Grandpa. I need you to make arrangements for that shipment to be brought in safely from wherever they want, and then we can decide whatever we want to do with it.” Harry was silent for a few seconds, while he gave Jason’s demand a quick thought. The rest were too ashamed to react to his question. “I see…” He scoffed, and after looking around for a few seconds, he returned his gaze to them without letting go of the smirk on his face. “What you should seek is redemption, all of you. From where I am standing, you do not deserve mercy. Maybe when you have tasted the other side of life just like I have, then you will be able to receive redemption. The ball is in your court.” Jason maintained a smirk on his face, and then he went silent, waiting to see what their reaction was going to be. “You really want us to kneel?” Lady Alice asked with a weak tone, but Jason remained silent while he maintained his smirk. The old lady looked at her family members, and seeing that they were as helpless as she was, she swallowed hard saliva and sighed heavily. “I can't believe I am about to do this.” She grunted, and after giving Jason one long look, she slowly lifted her gown with both hands, and went on her knees, unable to lift her face from the ground. “Thi

And why is Philip kneeling before him?” She added, standing up slowly from her seat to have a better look. “Maybe he is one of the guards who are here with Mr. Walker.” Jacob her cousin stated, and Andrew nodded to support him even though he had several doubts running through his mind, especially with the fact that Jason stood out fr
