The next step for Jason was to get flowers for Brenda, and he knew the right place to go. He remembered the flower store where he bought the first and last flowers he purchased three years earlier for his ex-girlfriend, Meredith, the same night she ran away with his lifesaving.

The memories of the flower shop were quite unpleasant, but he decided to ignore them since he was in another phase of his life and didn't need anything to ruin his mood.

The distance from the Villa to the flower shop was about twenty kilometers and in less than fifteen minutes, he was already parked in front of Lisa’s Florist before he came down and walked right into the small glass house that was used to display different flowers of all kinds, sizes and colors. The bright lights inside the glass house made it very easy for him to spot some of the most beautiful flowers even while he was still outside, and as soon as he pushed the door open from outside, the bell dinged, and the young lady standing in the m

He hoped that someday he was going to take the woman he cared about to a lovely restaurant, and even though he hoped that it was going to be Isabella whom he had married conditionally, he was still glad that it was still happening with Brenda. “Here we are, Sir, Ma’am. But you look very beautiful, and I am really glad that I decided to do this.” “Were you having second thoughts?” Brenda asked as soon as Jason was done speaking, causing him to lower the glass of wine he was about to drink from. She kept staring at him, curious to know what his response was going to be.“Not really, it’s just been a rough past week, and there are a lot of things I am trying to settle all of them, it’s almost overwhelming.” “Oh, tell me about them
