Let Down

Jason chuckled a bit, then he pulled out his phone and operated on it for a few seconds, then he put it back into his pocket and cleared his throat twice without saying a word. He patiently was waiting to hear what Richard was going to say to the caller at the other end of the line.

“Hello Mr Blackwell. This is Richard Davis, the manager of Emirate Enterprises. We met at the gulf club few weeks ago.”

“Yes, good to speak to you to.” Richard said again with a boastful confidence on his face as he waited to hear what the man he was speaking to was saying.
