Maksim opened his eyes wide and stared at the series of sentences written on worksheet 2.

"If the 2nd party unilaterally cancels the cooperation contract, then the 2nd party must pay a penalty of 10 times the loss incurred."

Viktor heard Maksim read the striking sentence that stunned everyone, including Gennadius.
