chapter 3

Chapter 3.

Jackson's expression was like he could burst at any time. His father got him this new brand of car; he would never get another one. He took so much pleading before he could get the car.

"My car," he hauled as he stormed to the SUV like he wanted to hug it. he rolled his fist, his eyes bloody, ready to drag the person and fight until the person paid for damages.

"Come out here! are you that blind!", he hauled.

As the SUV engine died down, the door opened, and the driver boarded down.

Jackson dropped his jaw; all what he wanted to say rushed back in his stomach, he was astounded at what he saw. An angel!.

He completely forgot the presence of Amelia.

The apparently Angel was a beautiful, tall girl, dressed in a shirt red gown that showed her sexy long legs. She gently closed the car.

She removed the glasses she wore and brushed her long hair. She looked cold and calm, not bothering or panicking about the car she crashed.

Jackson was flattered; he didn't know what to say. This is the first time he would come across a fairy, his heart beats fast. He is going to make this girl his by using his father's popularity.

"Uhm… beauty, hope you are okay. Any scratch?" he suddenly became generous and kind.

The lady looked at him, put on a smirk which Jackson translated to a smile, so obsessed to notice this.

He was more flattered, "Uhm… you don't have to care about the car you crashed. I don't need any compensation for it."

Amelia Frowned in anger about this, Jackson was always a jerk and was only with him because of his money.

she fummed but remained composed.

The lady kept glaring at Jackson who kept blabbing, "next time. Make sure you are careful."

"Nice meeting you, beauty," he said, offering a handshake.

She glared at him with a disgusting face. She finally spoke up, "Your look makes me want to vomit."

Jackson frowned; he was not expecting this.

"Instead of wasting your money on cars, you should do something about your face. Maybe a surgery. You don't look human," she sneered.

"Oh! Me… you have the guts to say all that even after damaging my car?" Jackson angrily said. he immediately knew she was a red flag, he remembered his car.

Amelia Smirked at this.

"Who the hell are you!", Jackson shouted at her.

The lady smiled and snubbed him, then walked toward Oliver .

she hugged him tightly and whispered, "Welcome back. God king!"

Oliver smiled helplessly. "You're welcome, Sophia . You are still reckless as usual."

Amelia witnessed all this and was somehow angry and jealous at the same time.

"Who is this woman?" she demanded. she didn't know why she even asked. she just felt like she needed to know. But, what she was more concerned about was that maybe Oliver was in any kind of relationship with the beautiful woman.

"Why should you care? It's not that I owe you an explanation," Oliver fired back.

"What! We just divorced today, and you are already flirting around," she hauled.

Oliver calmly replied, "It's none of your concern. We divorced today, so we don't owe each other any explanation, what I do from now on has nothing to do with you."

"Oh, I see. This is who you have been spending your little earned money on. You have been cheating on me," Amelia Claimed.

"What?" Oliver startled at the accusations.

"Yeah, if not, what's your relationship with her?" Amelia Demanded.

"Why are you so obsessed? You don't need to know who she is, but know that I'm not dirty like you, who just divorce and on the same bragged with her new partner," Oliver implied.

"uhm... don't divert my question, I Know you are in a kind of relationship with her, I know you have been feeding her this foolish thing", she yelled in anger.

This time, Sophia chimed in, "Rest assured, I'm just a friend of his," she pretended to comfort her.

Amelia glared at her. her blood boiling in rage. breathing heavily.

"That reminds me… I'm here to deliver something," Sophia said walking to Lydia.

Amelia looked confused, "Deliver, to who?" she pointed at herself.

"You, of course!" Sophia sneered, then brought out a bag. She opened it, and it was full of clothes, with many combinations of  design and fabric. Just by looking at it, one could tell how expensive those clothes was.

They shone and sparkled on Lydia's face; she couldn't help but murmur, "Wait, you got all this?"

"I said it's all for you," Sophia said.

"Really!" she wowed, all this worth hundreds of millions.

"Mmm… yes, they are for Oliver 's wife, which should practically be you. But since you have divorced, it's not for you," Sophia said.

"What do you mean? you could have given me if I am still his wife", she pondered.

"yeah, if you have stayed with him to the end, if you have only been with him for just one more day, you would have all of this and become. a millionaire", Sophia said.

Amelia Stammered, unable to find her voice. she at first doubted if it was not fake. but by the glistening and in just a look, one could tell it was an original.

Sophia dropped the bags on the floor and brought out a keg of oil from her car and poured it on the bag, Amelia wondered what she was doing as she brought out a lighter.

"What are you trying to do?", Amelia Demanded.

"What do you think, burn it, since it is now useless", Sophia said and lit the lighter.

"you are going to burn that!", she yelled.

"Yeah", Sophia affirmatively said.

. "Oh no...", Amelia Hauled as she stretched her hand like she should have grabbed it from her.

But it was already too late as Sophia dropped the lighter on the clothes and it caught fire.

"Wha…," Amelia dropped her jaw.
