They invited the police officer who reported the visitation of the strange man to the Late commissioner of police in order to provide his description which they will use in getting his portrait.The search for the strange man will end up futile if they don't get his portrait which they will use in fishing him out.After getting the portrait,they made sure it was pasted throughout Raws and all the billboards to make it difficult for the strange man to abscond.It felt as if luck was on their side as they got some intel about the businessman Max who they were looking for regarding the IVIN poison.James with the experience he had gathered as a profiler observe that the so called perfect Killers can't be apprehended through a plan.You need to prepare as numerous traps as possible because along the way if he escapes a trap,it will be easy to hook him with the second trap devised for the killer.James decided to go and visit the suspected businessman and find out about the Ivin poison. He left with Alex, while Ken was to stay at the office.After a long drive,they got to Shinard where they were told they will be able to find Max. They identified the office since they already knew Max erected it more like a house to avoid the suspicious eyes of people.They got down and entered the building but when they got to the main door,It was already locked and so they had to knock.
