Luka sat at the bus stop, lost in thought and on the verge of giving up.

He hung his head sadly as he thought about how to go home to his family. His family never liked him, and this was going to aggravate things. He trembled just at the thought.

As the last child and bastard child of the Doren's family, he had always taken whatever was dished to him without questions.

He stared at the white envelope in his hands, tears gathering in his eyes. He had gone to work early as usual and met the letter sitting in his locker. The management had asked him to vacate the company immediately. They gave him no reason, just like his past jobs.

This was the tenth job he's lost in two years. He had tried pleading with the manager and was dragged out of the company instead.
