"Hemoptysis" the doctor said.

Alex frowned at him, "okay?"

"It's associated with the lung, yes but it's not cancer and can be treated."

He didn't know what to feel, excited, relieved??

"Does that mean I am not going to die soon?" Alex ask to confirm.

"Yes" He smiled. "You were just worried for nothing."

"That's good to know." Alex sighed, that means he was going to live a good and long life with Alina.

"However." The doctor continued, "if you don't come for treatment soon or start immediately, I don't know what will happen next."

Alex nods at him, "When can I start the treatment?"

"The earlier the better."

"Will I be admitted in the hospital?"

The Doctor glanced at him, like he just asked the most stupid question. In an attempt to save himself from the embarrassment he was beginning to feel, Alex scanned the office, like it was his first time there.

His eyes caught a family photo on the Doctor's desk.
