Ethan's car continued to drive through the streets to the city's outskirts.

After traveling for almost 2 hours, the four-wheeled vehicle stopped in front of an abandoned building. Ethan got out and looked around the building, filled with grass and moss. The towering gate looked rusty, as did the name plaque that had almost fallen off.

Prosperous Orphanage.

Ethan sighed softly and slowly entered the courtyard carefully. His eyes kept looking around, trying to get an idea of when the building was still in operation.

"Even if it's abandoned, it still looks beautiful," Ethan muttered. "A building that could really be them."

Ethan's steps stopped at the swing. He held the rusted metal, and when he saw no signs of fragility, he sat on it. His smile was genuine as if he had found the place he had been longing for.

"Maybe if I had grown up here, things would have been different," Ethan murmured and then slowly began to move the swing, creating a screeching sound from being idle for too long.
