Chapter 11: Blood of a Man

“But before that, please entertain me… Mr. Bear…”

after Regorie said those words; the monster bear blinked its eyes as the human

in front of him suddenly disappeared in front of his eyes, he quickly looks

everywhere but the monster failed to find the human.

swoosh!!!

suddenly, at the back of his neck, the monster was hit by a sharp blade.

however, that attack didn't penetrate even to his skin but it’s enough for him to

be irritated. Irritated because he can't find a single being in front of him,

his eyes failed to follow the movement of the human.

He flails his claws everywhere that produce a sharp wave

because of his claws due to this the surrounding got shredded to pieces.

“hm… that some dangerous claws you got there… Well, it doesn't matter if it

won't hit me…”

Regorie spoke but his where about is still unknown, when he stopped speaking,

the air and the surroundings became quiet again.

the monster gets mad and scream with anger.

“RAWWRR!!!”

the monster raises its paws then smash the ground, because of the impact the

ground exploded then some pieces of rock splash everywhere, and dirt dust

covered the monster's whole body which will be hard to see.

“Oh my, how clever.”

Regorie appeared as he shakes off his armor to remove the dust.

the monster appeared at his back.

“GRRR!!!”

the monster swings its claws vertically.

However.

while the monster swung his claw, Regorie simply spin his body to face the

monster and bend it slightly to the right to avoid the attack.

thanks to his flexibility; he manages to give a counter attack by countering it

Regorie continue to attack head on without any weapon only his armor gloves.

Regorie keep punching the monster in every style while making a side step to

dodge each attack of the monster. Each swing of the monster was making a

shockwave that leaving a claw mark at the ground, tree even the air was getting

slice by its attacks.

In their own perspective the attack that they were giving to each other was

nothing, it’s just a simple attack.

but in the perspective of someone who's watching the fight.

his eyes, Rael who was watching the fight was in awe. While in the form of

What a surprise. This monster gave me an incredible attack, I completely left

my guard off. Thanks to that; my upper armor was about to collapse and my armor

gloves were completely destroyed…

eight Icicle spears appeared in front of me then flew towards the bear.

' I wonder what this monster would do…'

I looked at the monster, my icicle spears are getting closer to him with

tremendous speed. The monster is still charging; those colors in his hands… is

it perhaps his mana?

if it was, what is the purpose of it?

I am so eager to know… should I receive it by letting that monster attack me?

can also turn into deadly weapon…

in the office of Marquess Reild Evans, there was someone knocked at the door.

The door opens as a man in butler clothes came in, his name is Darwin. The head

The butler looks at him, he then closes his eyes for a second and begun to

the butler Darwin, bowed at him then left the office. While the butler is gone

Marquess Evans continued to manage some files for his land. A duty of a

after a while the butler came back with a maid holding a trolley, in the

trolley there is two plates with red wine glass and a block berry colored wine

bottle, the butler then opens the wine bottle using a corkscrew pointing at

45-degree angle; slightly off-center, then he started turning the bottle to

pull out the cork gently after that, he poured wine into red glass wine with an

action of elegance and calm appearance.

A dark red colored wine came at the bottle then gently poured in at the glass

wine, its color is eye catching, just by its appearance; you'll know how

The marquess then drink the wine slowly savoring the taste, the wine pass

through to his throat and glands, the taste was dry but sweet and when it went

inside to his body the hotness covers his lungs, the marquess felt please, the

the dark bear forms a prosthetic arm that was made of dark magic, it can change

its form in a deadly weapon, and it can reach you around 15 meters. But then…

“Blood magic… show thy blood, serve tis blood and I will be thy own flesh, flesh

from flesh, blood to blood, sin for sins. I Regorie, one of thy descendants,

ask permission to use thy strength.”

Regorie glared at the dark bear, it was then that the blood of the dark bear

turn into chains and surrounds the dark bear, which is he was unable to move.

Regorie raise his index lightly, and then all the blood that came somewhere

goes to his index and form a ball shape of blood, and it multiply into small

ball shape, all the small ball shape blood is around him, then that ball form

turn into sharp needles and was pointed at the dark bear.

the dark bear was trying to move but unable to do so, the blood chains is

preventing him to move, how can a blood do this?

what kind of magic is that? Does that mean not just the 6 elements are able to

form into crimson red scythe, the form of the scythe is horrifying, it was

eerie, the blood blade looks so sharp,

I don't want to get hit by that deadly weapon. Sweat started to flow into me…

I am scared at this man… I know for sure

destroyed… will this bear be enough? Hmm…”

Regorie touch the lifeless body of the dark bear, then the bloods around it

covered the body after a few seconds the body disappeared.

“I shall go back… this bear will be enough for Jain… hmmm… I feel like I

forgot something but….”

he looks everywhere and then sighed, then he started to run away from the

scene…

it's been 5 minutes now, I think that 'monster' is gone now… I should get out

of here… we had to leave, Ana is still inside of my shadow, I think she just

fell asleep… well I'm thankful at that, looks like the herb that can make a

person felt asleep worked, yeah. When I planned to use those people, I put a

sleeping herb to Ana secretly, so she won't notice something… it's also to

protect her… I don't know if it's a good Idea but for me, it’s for her sake and

I won't regret that… it's also for my sake…

when I get out from the shadow, I was about to run away when I suddenly saw a

dagger…

“This is the dagger of that man… the weapon that cut the arm of that dark

bear…”

I was thinking if I should take it or not but it seems that my body started to

move and took the dagger before my brain could react.

I look at the dagger… the blade was red in a zigzag shape and the handle is

gold like appearance…

I was in awe in this weapon… I would like to use this… I smile while looking at

the dagger.

I then tilt my head to the right…

A sharp gust of wind went into my right ear, I saw a glimpse of a sharp blade which almost touch my cheek.
