Chapter 161

Martin drove his car to a place surrounded by dense trees on both sides, dimly lit only by street lamps. Citra looked out the window with a furrowed brow, feeling confused about their destination.

She had never been to this place before, and the atmosphere around them felt strange. Nevertheless, there were several parked cars and some couples entering the area.

"What is this?" Citra finally asked, turning to Martin who sat in the driver's seat. "Why did you bring me here?" she asked again when she got no answer from Martin.

Martin just grinned as he parked his car in a somewhat hidden corner. After turning off the engine, he turned to Citra and replied, "This is a place where people can forget their problems for a while, enjoy togetherness without interruption."
