"I told you I was with Smithson," Lawton said.

"We had some urgent work," he added.

This further upsets Amanda as she stands up and walks out of the living room.

She then walked into the dining room with Lawton who followed her.

"I'm sorry babe," Lawton said, following her.

"The food I made for you is cold already," Amanda said, as she opened the food.

"I just want to know what kept you at the penthouse," she continued.

"I even came to your office to pick you up but none of your co-workers knew where you were," Amanda added.

"Babe," Lawton said, as he pulled her closer.

"I don't like when we fight," he added, looking her into her eyes.

Lawton wasn't ready to tell Amanda the truth about his real identity, he knew he had to immediately come up with an excuse as Amanda was adamant.

"I had to run some errands for some extra money," he added.

Amanda feels bad for Lawton as she hears him talk, she has been upset over both.

"Are you sure?" Amanda asked, looking at him lovingly.
