The puppeteer stepped forward, the dim light revealing their face for the first time. It was not the familiar visage of a trusted figure from their past, but a face completely unknown to Roland and John. The realization sent a chill down their spines, raising more questions than answers.

"Who are you?" Roland demanded, his voice tinged with a mix of anger and confusion.
