The Useless Son-In-Law Is The Overlord

Andrew almost laughs at their attempt to intimidate him. They have gotten a few policemen like some outdated guns and he is supposed to fold?

Jasper has his hands on what appears to be a cast and Adriana's neck is still red from when Andrew almost snapped the life out of her.

Yet, they haven't learned their lesson. They've dragged themselves out here again, in an attempt to make him cower.

“Adriana and Jasper, I have seen that you haven't learned your lesson.” He chuckles as he embraces his family.

Adriana huffs at what she sees him doing. She is glaring at both Ruby and Uma. She is going to deal with both of them after this.

“You think your useless self can walk into town after five years and do anything you like?” Adriana asks. “First of all, I am going to lock you up for trying to bring down the Sanchez name, and then I will deal with these two.”

Ruby is shaking so badly with fear. Andrew just got here and they are going to throw him into jail? But her daughter needs her father! She needs Andrew too.

She grabs Andrew's hand and begins to frantically sign to him. “Let's beg Adriana, maybe she will have mercy on us. If we apologize, she won't hurt us.”

“Hey, hey, hey,” Andrew softly holds both of her hands. “We are not going to apologize to anyone. For all I know, they are the ones that are supposed to apologize to us. Don't be scared of Adriana!”

Adriana steps even further. “Hey, I heard that you killed some men that worked for the badger, he is going to kill you if I don't.”

“And my father, he is the richest man around here. He is going to have you fed to dogs for even thinking of breaking my arm!” Jasper reports.

Ruby is sweating all over her. She wants to fall on her knees and beg them with her hands, but Andrew is holding her hand tightly. He won't allow her to beg anyone.

Yet she doesn't see a way out of this situation, she already knows what this is going to become.

Andrew will be thrown into prison for decades, she will be made to work all day in the club, and poor Uma is going to go back to the basement. What of her poor parents? Her Dad's leg is going to get worse, and her mother's diabetes will get worse because she can't get her medicine.

Her teeth are chattering with anxiety, why is Andrew so still? Doesn't he care about how this can go wrong?

As if to make things worse, Adriana brings out a paper and mockingly shows it to Andrew.

“I know that being married into the Sanchez family is about the best thing that has ever happened to you, but I'm going to take that away right now.” She mocks. “Here are divorce papers, I will make you even more useless than you are!”

Andrew laughs in her face, to her surprise. “Divorce? Why would I be scared of you divorcing me?”

Andrew pulls out his phone and makes a call to his assistant. “Tina, you know where I am.”

Everyone, including Ruby, is thrown into confusion. They don't know who he has called, or why. At this point, everybody thinks that he is crazy and talking trash.

Ruby asks him with her hands. “Are you sure we are all going to be okay?”

“Don't worry, my love. This is the last time you ever have to be in fear.” He signs back to her.

Adriana throws her head back and laughs. “You must be crazy if you think that anyone is going to buy all of these.” She hisses. “Police, arrest this man and throw him into the prison till I tell you otherwise!”

Ruby gasps with fear. She holds Andrew's arm even tighter, she won't allow them to take the love of her life away again.

Suddenly the loud honk of a huge military vehicle blasts through the air. Everyone turned around, but they were not expecting to see about five military cars driving to the scene.

Even the policemen have to move away and take their cars out of the way. Their little vehicles are nothing to be compared with the beasts that have just rolled in.

The cars come to a stop in front of the club and the door to the first one opens.

A tough-looking military lady steps out of the car. She is dressed in the uniform, her sharp eyes looking around. She is very pretty, but also very tough too. She could take ten men down in a fight, but she doesn't even look too muscular. She is Tina, Andrew's faithful assistant, and she is one of the baddest soldiers that he has ever trained.

As she steps out of the car, about thirty soldiers also step out of the cars, saluting to Andrew, to the surprise of everyone.

Tina walks into him and bows with her hands pressed against her side. When she is done bowing to Andrew, she turns and also bows to Uma and Ruby. She is their faithful subject, she will serve them with her life.

Everyone has their jaws on the ground, but Ruby is the most shocked of them all.

What has happened to Andrew? What has he turned into? Did he become so rich after he disappeared? How is it possible for someone to get so rich in just five years?!

Adriana on the other hand, refuses to believe that the useless son-in-law has amounted to anything. She scoffs loudly and looks around.

“Did you borrow some money to hire all these folks?! Are you trying to intimidate me? You can never be as rich as the last member of the Sanchez family!” She screams. “If you think that this is going to get me not to divorce you, you have got it wrong!”

Andrew raises his nose with disgust. It's high time he humbled this lady.

“Tina, where are the divorce papers I asked you to get? Bring them, force that lady to sign it!” He orders.
