The Useless Son-In-Law Is The Overlord

Tina doesn't waste any time, she grabs Adriana's arm, but Adriana is so stubborn and tries to wriggle out of her grip, but it doesn't work.

“Are you crazy, let go of me!” She screams. “You are an actor he hired, right? I will destroy you for even putting your hands on me!”

Tina doesn't listen at all. She drags her all the way to the hood of one of the cars and forces a pen into her hand.

“Sign it,” Andrew says.

“Make me,” Adriana growls.

And Tina does in fact make her sign it. She grabs her hair and Adriana screams with terror. The pain is so unbearable for her that she quickly signs the papers.

After she has signed it, Tina takes it back to Andrew and bows to him.

Adriana is breathing like an angry bull. She can't believe that low-life fool of a lady put her hands on her.

She is going to lock all of them up, and they are going to beg for years before she even thinks of freeing them. Andrew, Ruby, and Uma are going to be the ones to suffer the most.

Jasper walks over to her and comforts her, he rubs her arm and assures her that they are going to deal with Andrew. Who is he? A worthless man who mistakenly got married into the great Sanchez family.

“You think you scare me, Andrew?!” She asks. “I see through your lies and these actors and cars you have borrowed, they don't impress me! I will deal with you and you will wish you will be dead when my grandfather hears of this!”

A shiver runs down Ruby's spine as soon as their grandfather is mentioned. She still remembers the angry wrinkles on his face, and how he flinged her family out.

He can still make their lives worse, she doesn't want things to get even more bad than they are right now. Her poor parents, her poor child…

She swallows a gulp as she looks at Andrew. What is he going to do?

He smiles at her, feeling her with hope that she hasn't felt in five years.

He steps forward and soon, he is standing right in Adriana's face.

“You think that I should be grateful for being married into your family?” He scoffs. “How about this?”

Everyone gasps as he tears up the paper that she had earlier signed. She watches with shock as he turns the paper into squared-shaped trash.

When he is done, he throws it into her face so rudely that she has to step back.

“It was a stupid mistake that I was married to you.” He says to the hearing of everyone. “Ruby is my true wife, she has always been. Ruby, now that I've divorced the proud fool, will you accept to be my wife?”

Ruby tries to blink the tears, but they are coming with so much force. Even little Uma is smiling, she knows what this now means for her family. They are going to be together for everything.

“Yes! Yes, I will marry you.” Ruby signs with pleasure.

Andrew can't help but smile. “Very well then, we will get married in two weeks!”

He goes over to her and gives her a kiss in front of everyone. Andrew then turns to look at every one.

“Jasper and Adriana, you have disrespected my family so much, so you are going to offer them an apology. I give you a week to come and bow before my wife and kid and apologize, or else I will descend on both of you.”

Jasper and Adriana immediately turn red, but there is nothing they can do. They might think that the soldiers are all actors, but they are scared of them.

The fact that Andrew has publicly rejected her and Ruby has agreed to marry him, now he is asking for them to apologize?! This is so humiliating for Adriana! She is the head manager of the Sanchez empire, does Andrew even know that?!

But Andrew doesn't even mind her for a bit. He holds Ruby’s hand and leads her to one of the cars.

As he walks away, Adriana blows out with vex, looking at the cowardly policeman hiding behind their cars.

“Am I paying you clowns to be fucking statues? Arrest them! Throw them into our vans!”

But none of the policemen have the heart to carry out her order.

She growls with anger.

“Don't walk away from us, Andrew!” Jasper warns. “You have no idea what you are getting yourself into!”

If Andrew heard, he still didn't give him a listening ear. He has his young family cuddled up in his arms, and he walks to the door of the Jeep that is waiting for him.

There is a loud commotion and some even gasp. Ruby is the first one to turn around and Andrew sees her irises widen with fear.

He turns around to see that Jasper has a gun, and it's directly pointed at him. Andrew only raises his eyebrow.

Jasper chuckles and licks his lips. Now he has caught Andrew.

“Not so tough now, huh?” He jabs at Andrew. “I will shoot you now, and I will walk out of here a free man!”

“I wouldn't dare it if I were you.” Andrew clicks his tongue.

“Do it, Jasper!” Adriana encourages.

Jasper sets his hand on the trigger and pulls it without any hesitation. Ruby screams and closes her eyes, but when she opens them, Andrew is not on the ground bleeding to death.

He has his hand next to his head, held in a fist. Andrew caught the bullet with his bare hand!
