Chapter 153

Michael made sure he followed Alice to different places to ensure she was not cheating while trying to avoid being seen by the woman.

He wondered if she was cheating on him with someone at work or someone outside.

He didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary while she worked. She interacted with everyone like she would a work mate.

Her friends would gather around her from time to time and she would brag about what she had gotten next with the money she had with her.

“What are you doing, Michael?” he muttered to himself as he leaned back into his chair. He wondered if he was acting crazy by the way he was behaving. He knew he had to get a grip of himself before he would lose his mind.

He remembered how he had shown up at work with her together and how she hadn’t spoken to him at all. Apparently, she was mad at him for something and she had refused to talk to him about it.

He was also mad at her for keeping secrets from him and he knew that the new things she was getting were not be
