“Hey!” Silas walked from the edge of the cliff to the place Thomas stood. “I don’t know what you guys were discussing but I am sure that it was irrelevant, so right now I think the best thing to do is find a comfortable spot to rest instead of wasting energy,” he hesitated as he looked a little towards the right side of the forest where Kelvin and Sebastian were seated under a tree.

“What is he doing? I thought he was the one who said that we don’t have much time to waste?” Thomas said.

“He is resting, conserving energy for the journey ahead. Any moment from now he will tell us to be up and ready to move so if you are wise you should be doing the same,” Silas answered and when he walked past Thomas towards the forest Thomas followed him.

Thomas found a comfortable spot under a large tree where Ben was seated so he settled down there gently leaning his back on the stem of the tree.
