Chapter One Hundred and Seven

Ava gasped and took a step backwards after Henry flung the envelope towards her and all the contents spilled over to the ground.

She was about to ask what had come over him when her eyes caught one of the contents of the envelope. It was a picture of her and Miguel.

She swallowed hard as she stared at the open picture while wondering what could be contained in the rest of them.

Her breath hitched when she looked up at Henry and saw the fierce look in his eyes. His eyes were burning and she knew that she needed to keep away as much as possible before the fire in his eyes burned her.

"So you are a traitor." Henry said under his breath and took another step close to Ava who immediately moved back in fright. "All these while you were coming close to me, you have actually been working closely with my enemies to bring me down. I actually thought that you to an extent felt something for me, I didn't know it was just all a ploy to get me to trust you so that you will ruin me."
