Chapter One Hundred and Thirty Five

Henry further sank into his seat as he looked around at the number of hands that were lifted in support of the notion that was being passed against him. Even though his eyes were blurry, it was clear below for him to see that he was screwed.

"Just like I said," the man's loud voice said, rudely pulling Henry out of his thoughts, forcing him to look back toward his direction.

"I am not the one to pass the judgment. And as you can see, the judgment has already been passed. Numbers don't lie." Henry looked over to Madame Gu was seated tightly on her seat, with her lips pressed together.

"But just in case you will claim to not have an understanding of what just went on now, the top board member of the Floater group has come to an agreement that Henry Floater is going to be stripped of his position as the CEO of the Floater group."

A long silence followed as soon as the words left his lips. Henry sank further into his seat as he felt his lips start to quiver. That could have easily been th
