Chapter Twenty Four

As Henry walked back into my office, he told himself that he would have to make it up to Ava next time. He was in a hurry and he had to leave her so early. He wished that he didn't have to leave that way, but it was unavoidable.

As he walked into his office, he quickly summoned his assistant to his office. Harrison walked into the office and greeted him.

He noticed that Harrison looked a bit sad. He had called to tell him that he got what he asked him to. So why was he still looking pale and moody?

"Did you get it?" Henry asked Harrison.

He knew that Harrison stated that earlier when he called, but he still wanted to be sure.

"Yes, I did," Harrison replied. "Although it took time before I was able to meet with those top investors."

"Thank you so much, Harrison," Henry said with a grateful smile as he shook hands with his assistant.

Henry was excited that his assistant was able to do all of those within the short time he was given. He didn't expect it, and he was excited about it
