That evening, Mark stood outside Elisa's apartment, his heart racing with anxiety. He had been thinking about their fight all day, and he knew he needed to make things right.

He took a deep breath and knocked on the door. Elisa answered, looking hesitant.

"Hey," Mark said, trying to sound casual. "Can I come in?"

Elisa stepped aside, letting him in. Mark could see the tension in her body, and he knew he had to tread carefully.

"Listen, Elisa, I'm sorry," Mark said, getting straight to the point. "I was wrong to talk to you like that. I know I can be demanding, but it's only because I want the best for you."
