Chapter 5: His tyranny deeds

Jonas was stunned to hear all this, he never heard such nonsense before. This lady before him just said she hired him because she wants him to disguise himself as Andrien Smith, but this seems no more than a joke to him now.

He may not know about the rich hotshots. But he has little interest in the business world, a professor of his once told him about the tyranny heir, and why he shouldn't become like him. So now when he thinks, the professor must have been talking about Andrien Smith.

Lina told him she wants him to disguise himself as Andrien Smith, but Andrien was an Heir to the group, people know every little behavior of his and how he acted. Won't people suspect him? If he was to get caught in the act red hand, maybe they would send him to prison for faking someone else identity. That would be like ending and ruining his life by his own hand.

And the biggest flaw in this whole setup has to be his face.

" Miss Lina, suppose, I take his name and behave like him. But what will you do with my face? People aren't blind neither they are fools. Everyone might know his face and what he looks like, and they will immediately know I am fake. I can't help you, it's too risky ", This job was more than risky for a person like him.

How can someone just think they can fool others just by giving them another's identity? It makes no sense. Unless the other party looks exactly like him, only then it was possible.

Lina raised her brows as she smiled, her smile showed him what a cunning fox look like, " I came here all prepared. I have something to show you ", She dunked her body behind and extend her hand to the back seat to get the photo album from behind.

After sitting properly, she opened the album and showed him a particular photo. When Jonas glanced at the photo, his eyeballs grew bigger in shock, and doubt filled in his mind. " Why do you have my photo? No, wait...when did I wear such baggy and expensive clothes? Don't tell me you photoshop my photos ", His heart filled with doubt and suspicion, because the photo in his and was his.

" This isn't your photo, it's my young Master's, Andrien Smith. You two look alike, don't you? Even if you got confused and thought it was yours, how will others know you aren't him? My young master and you share the same face. And you are the most suitable person for this job ", Lina convinced him through the picture and with her words.

He was shocked, staring at the photo and blinking once in a while every two seconds, he couldn't believe he shares the same face with someone else and that person was this rich. But then again, Jonas couldn't trust her entirely, he was doubting she took him here for something illegal, after all, it was difficult to trust a stranger.

" I know it's hard to believe. Anyway, you will know everything once you step inside the house. As I have explained to you, my young master has a bratty and cruel personality, he is sharp tongue and kinda crazy, so behave as crazy as you want ", Lina made sure he understood all the important details.

Just when they were about to get off the car, Lina received a call from the same person as before, she immediately picked up and put the phone in front of her ear and get off the car leaving only Jonas inside.

" Yes, master ".

" You are leaving for Africa for a business meeting. Please travel safely and leave everything to me, I will have him learn everything. Please take care, goodbye ".

Turned out the elder master of the Smith family left for the airport just before Lina and Jonas arrived at the West Mine Mansion.

Smith Group has always been the one to shake the business world, the group handles everything, is an all-rounder, and has countless branches in every city and country known till now. Smith Group has always been a widespread name, a brand, and an individual identity that carries millions of employees and their families.

Countless family can afford a daily meal in their house because the Smith Group exist, and the business has given millions of people an opportunity to work with them and create the brand.

Lina opened the door and ducked her head down, glanced at him as he was inside, " You won't be able to see your grandfather for some days as he went to Africa for a business deal, but don't worry, you have me. I will take care of everything. Come on, let's go in ".

Jonas was getting one after another shock, he was truly confused and clueless, but as said before, he left his brain out until he grasp the situation completely.

Lina already Park the car into the designated area and then started going toward the main entrance. Jonas was silly surprised and just looking around, this whole place was fabulous. Everything was mind-blowing. Even though it was nighttime, the whole mansion was filled with lights and stars. Even at the night, one could view this place just easily, everything here screamed luxury that even the rich won't be able to afford.

The mansion was huge, there were many sub-mansions and a garden around it. The flowers, the gate, and everything look exotic and beautiful, richly rich.

" Ms. Lina, even though your young master and I look alike, why do you want me to act like him? I mean, everyone loves to be rich, your young master is so lucky, why is throwing such a luxurious life aside? ", Jonas asked curiously.

People were dying to be rich, and certainly won't throw away a chance if they could enlist in the book of the higher class.

Lina went silently for a moment and finally spoke. " Turned out you didn't hear me clearly when I was explaining to you. It's not about him throwing his life away? I tell you, there's an important board meeting tomorrow, and he must show up if he wants to keep how to position as the CEO of the company. Right now, we are unable to get him. That's why, out of desperation, you have to help us ", Said Lina.

But she continued ahead. " You look like him, that's why I want you. Someone abandoned his identity and now you got it, aren't you happy? You are about to get lucky, you should thank me ", Here she acted a little bratty with him.

Jonas for the first time snorted when he heard that. " Nah! You are wrong. First of all, I didn't come here willingly, I am forced to. If I did not need money, I wouldn't even appear before you, let alone come here. But you are right about one thing, I am indeed lucky to meet you. We all have at least one weakness, and sometimes life just has to squeeze and tease that weakness to make us helpless ".

Jonas was here for only one thing, he needed money. Though the advance was paid to him already, he still needed the rest to deposit in the hospital for the surgery and unpaid expenses.

To him, no one can be as important as Ari. After his parents died, he was only left with his baby sister, his last bloodline. He needed nothing but her safety and well-being. But who would have thought life was this unpredictable?

As if the car accident was not enough, God gave her another illness that was rare with limited treatment.

Lina laugh slightly and turned to him. " Then...we are on the same boat. You need money, we need your face, win-win situation for us ".

Lina rang the doorbell and stood there along with Jonas.

Knowing Andrien, their young master was returning home tonight, the door opened just after the three seconds of the doorbell. As the door opened, a huge line of people appeared in his sight, people gather on both sides of the wall waiting for him.

But when they saw him, they all became pale like white sheets of paper, both surprised and shocked at the same time. But knowing what he has taught them, all of them dropped their heads to the ground, bowing before him, not looking into his eyes.

" Welcome home, Young Master ".

All the servants greet the young master of the family in unison, every single servant had their head facing the ground, it was kind of a terrifying scene. As if, he was the king of hell and this was his army, more like his prisoners.

He then recalled what Lina had told him about Andrien and his personality, he immediately understood the situation.

The servants surely shocked him, but what surprised him the most was Lina.

When Jonas's eyes fell on Lina, his eyes went into blinking more. Lina was no longer rude and bratty. From posture to behavior....everything changed. She was standing more elegantly, politely, and quietly, not blurting a single word, she stood quietly beside him. He even wonder if she was the same person as before who was arguing with him just a moment ago.

" Welcome home, young master ", Everyone sang in unison once again as they took a step inside the mansion.

Just when he was about to thank them for their warm yet cold welcome, he saw Lina suggesting to keep quiet with her eye expression, and he shut his mouth. His damn kind personality was about to kick in, good thing Lina stopped him.

He looked around, and all of them were not happy to see him. Of course they weren't, it was quite clear they didn't like him. There was resentment and hostility in their every movement. At first, Jonas thought it was just a trick being played on his eyes, but at second glance, he surely understood it wasn't that simple. Turned out that Andrien Smith had everyone at the tip of his fingers.

Lina leads him inside the house. And everyone just stared at his disappearing figure.

" Young master didn't shout at us? Is he sick in the head? ", Some of the servants thought in their minds when they saw him with calm composure.

They actually couldn't dare to talk out loud, scared their young master would punish them.

Every time Andrien would come home, he would always scold them without a reason. Even if no fault from the servants, he would still scold and curse them, punish them, and have them bear ten or fifteen butt lashes. But today, he left without saying a word. The servant couldn't digest it.

Now that Jonas was walking ahead, all servants took a careful look at him from behind. They were a little confused and stunned.

Their evil young master, was no longer giving off the bad boy vibe.

Going ahead, Jonas finally took a sigh of relief. " Miss Lina, does your young master even have any good sides to him? I can literally see those servants shake in fear as if they saw a ghost. I can only say one thing, he is damn sly and cunning ".

Lina gave him a scary stare as she pursed her lips. " You will get to know him soon. He is someone holding so much power in his hands, so being a softy is no choice. With power, there comes responsibility ".

It wasn't long since Lina started working in the mansion under Andrien Smith. When she first joined, she was reluctant to serve Andrien. Just like everyone, she also had this misconception that he was a sadist who enjoy torturing and hurting others.

But as she spent more time with him, noticed what kind of person he was and why he became like this.

" I don't know what kind of person he is. But you don't look like someone who will follow evil. If the servant is this polite and respectful, I wonder what kind of master you serve. I am sure what you told me about him is just others' perceptive of him. I want to see what he is in your perspective ", Now Jonas was curious to know more about Andrien.

Lina smiled, but her smile was almost non-existent as if she already like him.

" My dear young master, you must be starting right now, how about I cook something for you? What would you like to eat? ".

Lina changed the whole topic after hearing the grumbling sound of his stomach. Jonas only had his breakfast today, so he was a little hungry. When she mentioned the food, he went a little shy.

Lina smirked and then chuckled out seeing his red ears. " Alright, I won't tease you. Let me show you the room and then I will get something for you to eat. Follow me ".
