In the end, he heard from Starla's mouth. This left him in shock and unable to speak for a while. He could only hold Starla with a blank stare. He had lost hope about his marriage.

His heart was deeply wounded at this moment. Arnold didn't need to convince himself of what he heard from Starla. Seeing the woman allow herself to continue in Tristan's arms emphasized everything.

It was difficult to believe all this, considering that before, Starla had hated Tristan so much. There was no way they were married for no reason.

Even now, Arnold could see the triumphant smile on Tristan's lips. This further convinced Arnold that there had been coercion before.

"I guess everything is clear. You can leave here." Tristan emphasized. His eye movements seemed to dominate.

This time, Arnold could not control his anger. His gaze became very sharp. He felt he had been played there.

They asked Arnold to cover up the case, and Arnold sacrificed himself for the White family. That fact was harrowing for Arnold. Not only had he lost his four years, but he had to see his family destroyed.

Arnold grinned at Starla. "I didn't think you could betray like this."

Starla's tears fell again after hearing Arnold's words. She didn't even have power over herself. Even this was torturing her.

Starla shook her head. "Arnold, I can explain to you." Starla moved to approach Arnold, but Tristan again held her hand.

Starla looked at Tristan; her eye movements showed pleading, but Tristan looked at her sharply. "You should know if he's just trash." His words were emphasized.

Starla was really depressed there. The look in Tristan's eyes seemed to silence her. She could only bow her head and cry. Her heart was really tormented.

How should Starla explain everything to Arnold if she had consistently lied to them?

What depressed her even more was everyone's insistence that Starla marry Tristan amid the destruction of the White family.

At that time, her father emphasized that everything would end if only Tristan could save the White family. In fact, she had to save the life of her terminally ill mother.

At that time, her mother had a rare disease that was almost unknowable. In fact, nearly all hospitals were up in arms because of this. The only family that had any acquaintance with the world's laboratories was Zelda's family. And that emphasized to her that Tristan would help her.

At the same time, the White family's stock had fallen sharply, making their situation even worse. Once again, the only person who can save them is the Zelda family before the White family company falls into the hands of the Waston family.

Starla had no other choice, so she agreed to marry Tristan Zelda.

Starla was now desperate to explain everything to Arnold. She looked at Tristan and tried to remove her hand from Tristan's grip. "Let me talk to Arnold." She whispered pleadingly.

Tristan pulled Starla back into his arms. "Honey, you should remember that I am the man who saved you and gave everything to you," Tristan emphasized again.

"Only I can give you the life you deserve." Tristan's eyes moved to look at Arnold. "Not like him. He's nothing but useless trash." Tristan ended his sentence with a chuckle.

Deliberately, Tristan moved his hand to give Starla a gentle stroke on the arm. He knew it would really hurt Starlla's heart if Arnold were also hurt by this.

Starla wanted to push Tristan and remove herself from there. But she couldn't offer any resistance. Everything Tristan said really put her under a lot of pressure.

Starlla wanted to run and hug Arnold, whom she missed so much. Even until this moment, she still loved Arnold very much. But circumstances forced her to remain silent.

"He's just a loser. There's nothing to expect from an ex-con like him." Tristan gave his taunts to Arnold.

Arnold watched Starla. He could see Starla, who wanted to say something, but Tristan silenced her, so Starla could only look down and cry.

This disappointment further drowned Arnold. Knowing that all his hopes had been destroyed. He wanted to hear an explanation from Starla, but she was just silent and silent. His heart became very tight. Starla should know if Arnold can get her out of this problem. But Starla's silence confirmed that the woman chose her marriage to Tristan without wanting to return to him.

"Did you hear that? Starla is married to Tristan. Of course, he's much better than you." Leo chimed in with a dismissive look.

Tristan grasped Starla's hand tightly. Pulling her in and bringing her closer. "It's not a hard thing to destroy that man. Do you want me to do it?"

Starla's voice sounded gripping. As she turned to look at Tristan, the man grinned. "That's really easy, " he emphasized.

Fear kept Starla silent. She didn't want to see Arnold break even more because of her. And she was forced to suppress her feelings.

Starlla bowed her head. With tears in her eyes, she spoke, "now, I've been with Tristan."

His chest raced very fast. He grinned, and his face looked terrifying. "Now I've understood it..."

"And I know what I have to do." He said it with his voice trembling with anger.

He should not have received this treatment. He regretted sacrificing himself, and he could not take this insult for granted.

His gaze was still firmly fixed on Fran. "This case may return because I'm not the real culprit," he emphasized.

Fran was surprised by Arnold's words, knowing that they were a threat. "Do you think you can threaten me?"

His gaze became sharp. Anger quickly overcame him. "You shouldn't have said that to me, damn it!"

"The police have determined you to be the murderer. You won't be able to do anything." Fran's shout echoed.

Arnold grinned again. "Oh really? Let's see this suit. What I can do."

Fran laughed mockingly. But a split second later, his face showed great anger. "Cut the crap!" he knew that if Arnold was a stupid man, he was sure he wouldn't be able to do anything. He was too confident in saying all that.

Fran suddenly picked up the large statue beside him and threw it at Arnold.

It was a surprise when Arnold swatted it away with a swift and decisive movement, instantly shattering the statue.

Fran was shocked, and so was everyone else. Fran had thought that Arnold wasn't that strong.

"Stop, Arnold. He's my father. Better go quickly, I’m not love you again." Starla shouted, her voice trembling. She was forced to do that, but she didn't want all her family to unite against Arnold.

Hearing Starla's scream, Arnold fell silent. Glancing at the woman with a feeling of pain. In the end, he looked back at Fran sharply.

Arnold looked at him angrily. "You'll get your comeuppance."

Fran could feel the tremendous pressure from Arnold's words. But she quickly regained control of herself. He was confident that she would be able to shut Arnold up. Knowing that she had something Arnold didn't have, Fran even knew that Arnold's family had been destroyed. Of course, she wouldn't be able to do anything for him.

"Stop talking here. Hurry up and leave this house." Fran pointed at the door.

Arnold did not say anything. He stared at Fran for a while, and in the end, he left with great anger and disappointment.
