Untouchable Arnold Hayes

Chapter 9

A man in front of him looked at Arnold very seriously. He nodded his head. "It's true, the accident that happened to Mr. Adam was very strange."

"Strange?" Arnold repeated Lewis' words with a frown. He was sure that Lewis knew a lot of things. Considering, he had been working for the Waston family all this time.

Lewis nodded his head. "Yes, at that time, everyone was taking a break for lunch. And he got an order to fix the engine."

The man paused his sentence, staring at Arnold more intensely. "It was clear at that time, it seemed that the engine was not damaged or had any problems at all."

Arnold listened to Lewis' explanation carefully. Even when talking about it, his facial expression changed to anxious.

"I know you know about this problem." Arnold emphasized his sentence. He did not take his eyes off Lewis.

The man became even more anxious. Even after hearing Arnold's emphasis, he was shocked. "Do you think this was planned?"

Arnold nodded slowly. His gaze seemed to glisten. His teeth were clearly chattering at that time. “Yes, bastards like them always act like that.”

“I’m sure they must have planned it!” conviction was evident in his eyes.

Lewis felt fear in himself when he saw Arnold’s anger. The man really looked very scary. He didn’t know how someone could toy with him.

Lewis swallowed his saliva to get rid of his fear. “What are you going to do, sir?”

Arnold watched him, then he took a sip of his drink and brought it to stand in front of the window. He stared at the situation outside with a cold gaze. “No one will be able to toy with me, so he will get the punishment he deserves.”

This time Arnold’s hands clenched tightly. His gaze was straight ahead “Of course I will take revenge like what was done to my father!”

Lewis stood behind Arnold’s body. “Our sir can do it. I can even do it for you.”

Arnold turned his body, looked at Lewis and shook his head. “That’s not necessary at all.”

“I will do it myself. Because that will be much more fun.” He grinned and showed his terrifying face.

He only needed to use a little bit of his power to destroy the Waston family. Not only had they made a mistake by destroying his family, but he had made his father's life miserable and ended up in a wheelchair.

Then he would use his own hands to take revenge. He didn't need anyone to help him. Even Arnold could do something much more terrible.

After the conversation was over, Lewis left Arnold. At this time, he exhaled, feeling something heavy in his heart.

Arnold felt upset in his heart. He remembered his father, knowing that his father must have gone through a difficult time accepting a bad fate. And even worse, when this was done by someone intentionally.

If only his father's leg had not been amputated, maybe he would have been able to save his father's leg with the money he currently had. But unfortunately, his father had really lost one of his legs. And that fact made him feel sad.

All of these facts made something regretful in his heart. If only he hadn't saved the White family, maybe everything wouldn't have happened so badly.

The bad things that happened to his father really made Arnold angry. “It’s not enough if they only lost their legs, but they should have lost both their hands too!”

“They should really be able to feel the pain that my father and mother experienced!” Her face looked hard and more emotional.

In another place, a woman paced back and forth in her room. She held her cellphone and bit her lip. There was something uncomfortable inside her.

“I have to meet Arnold.”

“There are so many misunderstandings that have happened.” She rubbed her face roughly. Feeling tightness in her heart.

Her gaze was fixed on the surroundings, but this made her look frustrated. “How can I get out of here? I’ve even been completely locked up here.”

She became even more annoyed. Especially when her family also opposed her meeting Arnold again.

Starla sat holding her forehead. “What should I do?”

Suddenly the door to the room opened, making her immediately stand up and feel incredible fear inside her.
