This definitely got Carlos by surprise because never in a million years would he have thought that his very pen elder brother Reddington would even have his daughter in mind.

Carlos had been planning to take Reddington with him out in an effort to poison him or something but since he was not budging, he decided to come clear and would take actions from his reaction to his idea.
